★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right before closing on a Saturday afternoon, a lens popped out of my glasses. I called around to find an optician who could reinsert it for me. Spectacle graciously agreed and didn't charge me a dime even though I did not purchases the glasses there. Exemplary customer service!!
