L	Lauren Kimberly Santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenny... JUST GO TO LENNY!!! If I need to browse, try-on or purchase.. I just wait for Lenny. He is so kind, funny, open, honest and non-pushy. I have always been treated as an equal by him, regardless of how I am dressed (many luxury store SAs have this problem.. but not him!). I would really enjoy shopping for luxury items if the SAs were as kind, respectful and helpful as him. He is fantastic and the best luxury sales associate I have ever come in contact with! If you need Gucci just see LENNY!
P	PS Ss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far some of the worst service I have ever received by a luxury associate; came in wanting to purchase a hat, associate walked right by me, no acknowledgement and then I asked to be helped. Told her I was interested in a hat but did not know which size, never offered to show multiple sizes I had to ask to see a smaller size—which I ended up getting but only because I asked otherwise I would have ended up buying the larger one, which was not the right fit. I ended up purchasing the hat and noticed her disposition changed once she saw my wife walk into the store with a large LV purchase. Never want to be serviced by this associate again ( I know her name but am better than that to expose and embarrass her but she will likely read this and that’s enough for me)

I was told by the sales associate that I could bring him in after the holidays to have it correctly sized to fit his wrist. Upon my arrival with my son, I was informed by the manager of the store, (Erica) that they had recently lost the tool that was required to perform the sizing. She quickly suggested with a smirk on her face that I go somewhere else to have it sized at my own expense. I quickly realized that she had already had my payment and no longer cared. Bad customer service. I was very disappointed with Gucci and I will never purchase any of their products again. The irony behind this review is that my wife suggested I go to a major brand name store in case something went wrong. Might as well have purchased the watch on street corner...

He was really approachable and not at all pushy. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go see Brandon if they ever wish to shop at Gucci.

I was served by"Bradley" ,in whom made my shopping experience a very pleasurable one. He was very attentive, professional, friendly, and very helpful. He put in above and beyond customer service throughout my whole visit,and cares about his customers satisfaction. I actually went back a month later,and made another purchase with him. If you expect the best customer service experience, in the Gucci store at yorkdale, ask for Bradley, you won't be disappointed.

The manager that was working there on February 10, 2022 at noon was very rude and disrespectful to my condition. I do not recommend this store at all.

Went in, showed what I wanted and he took the time to actually find what I was looking for. I can say it was a great experience and will be coming back because of Bradley :)

The gift I got however, my wife wanted to exchange. So we went back, met with Lenny and yet again he provided amazing service, was very patient. His knowledge on designer purses is unmatched. Also the other staff were very friendly as we awaited Lenny's assistance.
