They were very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me great advice. Definitely the best car buying experience I've had. If you need a new vehicle go to Nissan South and ask for Emilie!

Erika in financing was so friendly and up front about everything. I've had dealerships in the past try sneak in extra services where Erika took the time to explain everything in detail. Great Dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked to John when I was there. He is a great sales person and was awesome to deal with.
When it comes to some of the games the managers play with prices of trade in I was not so impressed. Just give people the actual number you are willing to pay up front, don't low ball someone then come up from there, games are for children. I ended up going somewhere else because of the games the guys played with pricing a trade in.
But John was an awesome sales person and if he ever goes some where else I will be happy to deal with him there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JP is a young sale representative who’s knowledgeable. Well presented and excellent on executing customer service, his approach is very welcoming. He gives ideal driving tips that for sure you can use here in Alberta. Very compassionate, he always smile and crack some funny jokes
that can help brighten your days.
An honest person, who will disclose important agreement before signing.
He’s very accommodating, he actually come to my work in my very convenient time just to do some paperwork.
We’re very happy with the vehicle that we purchased from him. We will still choose him as a sale representative in the future or someone just like him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at this dealership. Moshin raza was friendly and very pleasant to deal with, as he aimed to provide a positive customer experience. They took the time to explain and demo the different driver assist functions of the vehicle (during a test drive), and Raza called me the day following delivery to see if I had any questions about any of the vehicle functions and features. He made buying vehicle experience so smooth and easy for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a spectacular service today. I had to take my Pathfinder in for a recall and I'm a busy working mom, so I was worried that the service would be longer than expected. Courtenay was very courteous and efficient and promised the car would be done in 1h30min. It was not only done on time, but it was also cleaned inside! I was so surprised and while I was waiting I got a video from the technician to show at what stage they were working and what had been done already on the car. That was such an unexpected surprise! It's like when you're at the doctor's waiting for an update on your baby!!! They treat you well, they have a nice lounge area with coffee and everybody makes sure you're comfortable and looked after.
