Joe da Silva answered all our questions and never pressured us into anything we didn't want. He suggested we wait and see some different colors or different models that were on their way but I couldn't wait and we bought the floor model. He was so helpful and kind. The entire experience was so much nicer than our previous purchases at other dealerships. The finance experience was also low pressure and so nice. I love my new car. I still don't think I will try golfing but if I ever want to I know where to go for my first lesson!

We called the service desk at South Pointe Lexus and they were very helpful and pleasant to talk too. They got got our RX350 in Dec. 24 first thing and did a through inspection and made us feel very important as a customer. Got us on our way no charge and helpful advise and a open door if any issues arise. Our trip went perfect. Thanks again for very friendly service. PS absolutely stunning showroom and inventory.!

It became more apparent as we noticed that other customers were being greeted and given better service. We left without being acknowledged by any staff. Luckily, this isn’t the only Lexus dealership in Edmonton. We will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle, and will advise friends and family to do the same.

They really go the extra mile every step of the way! The indoor delivery and "gifts" were so great. Don't even get me started on the giant bow ♥️♥️♥️ I also waited to do the review until my first service and that was by far the best service I've ever had!! Amazing, amazing amazing!!

Both times I was lost in what colors / specs to do but Phi offered great advice and the vehicle looks absolutely stunning!
