R	Ross Storoshenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was referred to Volvo of Edmonton from several people. Last year I reached out to Jordy and asked for a test drive on some vehicles. Without hesitation we were able to test drive several vehicles over several days. After the test drives they were not salesy in the slightest! They did not bother us at all. A year later I called to purchase a new xc40 r-design. I have been nothing but impressed with the service. They are completely customer focused. It is very refreshing to find a dealership like this. They let the cars sell themselves and only focus on providing you a 5 star luxury experience. I would recommend Volvo of Edmonton to anyone..you will never regret it.

Upon arriving with my vehicle for diagnostics, (an appointment which was made for me with 24 hours notice), I was met with absolutely perfect customer service and gracious/honest suggestions for my vehicle. In fact, the work needed on my vehicle was highly specialized exhaust work which they were not able to do in house in a timely manner. Rather than suggesting I search for a new vehicle or try to upsell me on unnecessary work (which I have experienced at other dealerships/garages), I was provided with contact information for another shop where they could fix my issue. If you are in need of a place that will always take care of their customers without any underhanded or ulterior motives, go to Volvo of Edmonton. I will certainly be coming back. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment I reached out about having a sunroof issue fixed with my XC40, they handled the situation immediately & went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I even had flowers delivered. I would like to send out a personal thank you to Mike Norris & the service team for looking after me and my vehicle. I will always recommend Volvo of Edmonton to anyone who is on the hunt for a new ride - This team truly know how to take care of their clients.

My 2020 XC90 was pulling to one side and had a shaking in the steering wheel so bad I was forced to take it into a shop close to my office. Sandy Lane auto- great shop have used them for years. They could not get the tires balanced, so they took them off the rim and found that one 10 section of foam had come lose from the tire that Volvo of Edmonton installed in July of 2021. I found this strange, because this tire was over $700.00 . I got my car back and problem fixed after this foam was pulled out of the tire. So I proceed to call Volvo and ask if there was any warranty on this tire. I was told by Jesse that this is very common with this tire due to our climate, and it happens a lot. At this point I asked why they would sell me a tire knowing it does not stand up. I was told to send in my invoice and Cody the service manger would get back to me. After two days I email Jesse back to which he replied that due to the tire having a leak ( not flat ) just a leak, there was nothing they would do. I then called Jesse and explained that could be the most unreasonable explanation I have ever heard, and asked what a leak had to do with the foam coming off a tire- they knew when installing was a faulty tire? To this he had no good answer and said he would have Cody call me . It is now 5 days later and I still have heard nothing. If this is number 1 service I feel bad for anyone dealing with number 2

When our vehicle was being serviced Merrilee kept me continuously informed. Was presented with multiple options in regards to services, never once feeling pressured.
