A	Anna Kr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot with a lot of character. Not overpriced. They known of the best fish & chips in town. Went there for a lunch today and yes, it is good but far from best. My cod was overcooked (overfried) and not crispy at all. Fries were perfect and cabbageslaw delicious. Their lunch special is $14.99 so worth trying anyways. My friend's potato-bacon soup and shrimp wrap was delicious.

Not your typical hotel room, more of a vintage feel with actually real furniture and a tea set with a variety of teas was ready for us to enjoy! I think I found our new "go to" place?
A	Aly Abdelaziz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for dinner at about 7:30PM on a Saturday after an extremely long day of hiking. Party of 4, there was ample seating and the server was very mindful of our presence. The place became busy shortly after we arrived and it became very loud, in my opinion (-1). Can't complain thought, the food was nice. I ordered the Sheppard's Pie was very dense and the portion were on the large side. Did not order any drinks. The server was very kind and let us sit about 30min past closing time, and was courteous in the way he told us that we had to leave.
K	Kelly Ngo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our dinner here. It had a great authentic English pub vibe, with all of the classic English meals. We had the Scotch eggs, fish and chips, Shepard's Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Would recommend all of the items we tried.

T	Tish A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive stayed at the Georgetown Inn twice now and i cannot rave about this place enough. The furnishings are luxurious and the rooms take my breath away. The beds are so comfortable, rooms are quiet and the temperature is very easy to adjust. The front staff are exceptional and friendly and really go above and beyond. We ate breakfast at the pub, and both our meals were exceptional. This place truly has it all.

My only minor complaint is that the p.r. seemed to have been on a grill before coming out. Rare or rarer is fine for prime rib? Our contrary gent had a steak pie that looked great as well. Our server did a great job of keeping up with beers (lots of taps to choose from) and wine. Family friendly too. We were grateful to get a separate room allowing us to carry on as gents will do! Check it out!
S	Shannon Kirby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex at the front reception was amazing and sooo friendly. She greeted us enthusiastically and made sure to tell us all of the amenities nearby. The restaurant and pub inside the hotel had wonderful food. It was delicious and flavourful and the wait staff were all really great too! The room was beautiful and inviting. Victorian British cottage vibes for sure. Love the fireplace and little table and chairs with free tea and cute mugs. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back again in the future!
