★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had good experience 5 years ago ordering wood venetians so we felt comfortable ordering wood venetians and accordion blinds. The Venetian blinds came promptly and were well installed but with the blinds began a 4 month saga. First the measurements were incorrectly taken and the window requirements not considered by the consultant. So they had to be ré measured and reordered. Then the next blinds had one defective blind which had to be sent back and reordered Then there was silence for 3 weeks. Messages left and unanswered, followed by conversations and commitment to get back next day which never happened. Then the discovery that the allegedly the blinds were sent but now missing to be reordered « with priority » this time (why it took 3 month?) Finally after 4 month the blind was installed. It should be noted that the installer and his communication was excellent throughout. So after 4 months, no apology, no discount and consistent with no communication no customer As a result of this post the owner reached out and communicated with us and offered a reasonable goodwill gesture which makes his explanation,undertakings for future customers most appreciated. So when a local business is so quick to react it suggests we were wrong...it is important to shop locally

She came to measure and help me choose blinds and was lovely to work with. The installation went so smoothly and I love, love, love the way our home looks with our gorgeous new window coverings! I would highly recommend Canmore Paint & Interiors!

She has a fantastic eye for colours and carefully ensured everything matched and coordinated with the cabinets and flooring. The other staff were all very helpful and responsive as well. This is a great business to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very thankful to Yvonne, manager, of the Canmore store. Yvonne referred me to Dave Harrison (Paradise Painting) when I asked about finding a painter for the interior of my condo. I called Dave and he turned out to be the best painter I have ever known. He helped me with selecting the colour and best type of paint for the job. My condo has natural wood trim everywhere and I wanted to preserve it. Dave protected the trim and was meticulous. He was reliable, efficient, dependable, and trustworthy. He went the extra mile for me. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dave Harrison and the Benjamin Moore paint store in Canmore.
