However Curtis, the owner was hard to communicate with, and I found myself left tracking him down, reminding him, and waiting too long for a response. I didn’t feel like a valued customer, I felt like an after thought while he focused on larger projects. He tried to squeeze too much into a work day, was not available to help with the installation even though he made it seem like he was. When I asked for leaniency on price because of my experience, he was totally inflexible. Seems like the only thing he was able to do timely was send a fairly pricy bill. I feel three stars is generous.

The installation wnet smoothly and the quality of the work is superb. We could not be happier and highly recommend Curtis and Enlightened Organizing.
