Our shower wall had to be removed for plumbers to access the leak. The tile wall had to be replaced. Grant the owner/operator kept me updated on the timeliness of the repairs, sent me pictures of my options as I was in Calgary at the time. He also sent me a picture once the job was done. Looks fantastic!!!!!! Loved his opinion as the original tile could not be matched due to age/discontinuation of the tile. I will not hesitate to have Ultimate do any future repairs for me in the future! (i may have to get him to come to Calgary :). Thanks Grant for the great service and job!

Grant and his team worked closely with the engineers retained by the condo board, were thorough and thoughtful with the identification of the limits of the damage and scope definition, helped with the work planning to minimize impact to the residents, and executed the engineered retrofit design without any issues. The finished product was excellent and we have a solid trail of inspections, reports and photos to verify the work was done correctly. The board and the residents are all extremely pleased with their performance. As a Professional Engineer who manages quality on major projects, and a member of the condominium board, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. They also completed this difficult project within the budget - a major consideration for the owners.

Grant, the owner, was prompt to come take a look at the work to be done and to provide and estimate of costs. He was very courteous and easy to communicate with. He assigned a great team of 2, Jericho and Sheldon, who were very friendly, accommodating and offered good advice with finishing touches and trims. One of the windows was a different size, so they had to cut through a cement block foundation in order to enlarge the opening, in addition to installing that particular window. I cannot say enough about the attention to details, good workmanship and thorough clean up that the guys did. I would highly recommend Ultimate contracting for any kind of work to be done.

Not only did they supply the Duradek membrane - but they had to ensure that the deck had proper slopes so that water could run off. My original deck either was level or sloped back towards the house. They were very professional and the crew was very respectful of our requests. The end product was a great looking functional deck and many of our neighbours have asked us how to get in touch with them for doing redecking as our whole neighbourhood is about 20 years old and all the decks need replacement. We highly recommend Ultimate for any decking projects.

As a customer needing a deck, couple with a little OCD (my own), leaving these guys to do their thing wasn’t the easiest for me. That being said, it couldn’t have turned out any better.
