★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need a workplace medical, MTO medical? This place makes it super easy. The lovely women that work here have the entire process streamlined and are very efficient. Lots of free parking at this super convenient location. Get off of the Gardiner expressway EB at Kipling and you will drive right into the place, 20 seconds off the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff could be a bit more professional. Receptionists talk about about non work related things among themselves quite loudly. When I visited for my audiogram, the receptionist recorded my name and appointment time on her computer and left me standing. There was no “please have a seat” or anything of that sort, so I just took my seat in the immediate waiting area. After waiting for about 10 minutes( this is 10 minutes which I would’ve otherwise be still standing, mind you), receptionist gave me some papers to fill out. After that I was guided by a staff whose mannerisms were that of a farm worker and I was some kind of farm animal. Totally unprofessional. I hope future employers avoid using this clinic so that their employees don’t have to deal with the unpleasant staff.
