They used very impressive technology to find and safely remove every inch of hidden mold in our basement and attic. They worked fast and neatly and our home smelled great and felt much healthier when they were done. My wife and I are sleeping much better now too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, efficient, honest, reassuring, and helpful. If I could give six stars, I would. Turn around time was unreal and the honesty behind the service was above and beyond. Even though I hope to never have to speak to them again (because I don't ever want another flood), I would recommend Canada's Restoration Services in a heartbeat.

During the estimate, there were charges for various things, but the overall invoice was one line item, and much larger than expected since less equipment and time was used than estimated. When I asked for a breakdown of the overall costs I was not provided with any information. This is a sure sign of being over-charged and that the company is not transparent or accountable for its billing. Secondly, they were supposed to provide an estimate for carpet re-installation, which was never received. Even after several inquiries, a cost-estimate was not given. This was overly unprofessional. I thought this company would work through the entire water damage situation until the end, but I was wrong. They just ripped out my carpets, over charged me, and left.

Our project manager Aris treated us with exceptional care - taking time to listen, answer all our questions, and create a detailed estimate and scope of work for our review and approval . The technicians assigned to us, Oscar and Jose, were also terrific - courteous and diligent, communicating their process every step of the way. Highly recommend CRS, very professional.

Alex was very helpful and patient to answer all of my questions. he was also able to accommodate very limited availability I had for an inspection, which also went great (and was free). Definitely recommend!

I had already gotten a quote from another company that seemed high so I wanted to compare. I spoke with Jorge who was amazingly professional and personable, dilligent in responding, and very fair with his pricing. The whole experience I had in dealing with this company, the on-site workers, and Jorge was easily one of the best I have had with any trade in the industry. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need and they will be my go to for these services in the future. 10/10!
