★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though they showed up, very expediently, i am still waiting on the bill of service. Its been 3 weeks so far and no one is really getting a hold of me or my insurance adjuster. Also be warned, they do (say) work only with insurance, so you might want to see of other places that do not.
They also charge a a very hefty price and will not try to accommodate in the slightest. They also do not give quotes, they just charge you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemcon Restore fixed some water damage and a mold problem that I had, and everything I had with them was excellent. The insurance company originally contacted them and they were here the same day. They removed some of the flooring and cabinets around the kitchen area that was damaged. Then they put in the dehumidifier and fans. Then they went back and checked the levels when they said they would. They also did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a small leak in the roof that kept going and eventually it got so bad that we had to do something to open the roof. So our insurance company made the call for Kemcon to come in. The Kemcon team arrived quickly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. And even though they didn't take care of the leak, they opened it up and dried things so we could find out what the leak was. There wasn't that much humidity so it took two days for those dryers in a small bathroom to dry completely. The technicians were very friendly. They did what they were supposed to do and I was satisfied with the part they did. And then the plumber came in and we fixed the leak. Now, I just need someone to come in and repair the roof, which is a bit difficult this time of year for such a small job, but I have someone scheduled now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pipe going into our water heater burst. We didn't know for how long, but we found it on Saturday and our entire finished basement was flooded with about an inch and a half of water. I called Kemcon Restore that Saturday and someone was there Sunday morning. We had turned off the water ourselves, but they had already done most of it. They had to break the floor and some walls, and they had it done on Sunday. Then they came back on Monday because they didn't have a truck big enough to pick up all the destroyed floor. The people were lovely too. Gary came in several times to check the humidity levels and was as nice as he could be. They were amazing and I can't say enough about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had water damage and my insurance agent handled the scheduling with Kemcon. They came to my house and smashed all the walls down to the stud, which was done very quickly. They dried them and it took four or five days to do everything. They removed drywall, put in containment, and did everything you can imagine with water damage. It was fantastic. Kemcon was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They are an excellent company and I recommend them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemcon is very good. I called them and they gave me several different options on when they could come. I chose what was best for me and then the sales rep called. I asked him some questions and he was very polite and pleasant. When he was on his way, he said how long it would take and they arrived on time with a clean truck. They are very professional, personable and I was very impressed with them. They took care of my old ornamental carpet that had some problems and cleaned six or seven different spots on my carpet. They were here at least three hours. If I had any questions or if we wanted to do something they would be right back.
