★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mario Mandaric and his crew rescued us from an erratic hydro meter fire damage. We suffered loss of hydro and more importantly heat in the middle of winter. Within 20 minutes of our initial call, Mario was there to assess the damage, provide recommendations and Reassure us that everything will be repaired and back to normal soon. He quickly coordinated his crew and what started out as a nightmare quickly turned to a pleasant experience thanks to Mario. We would highly recommend Mario and his crew at Restoration1 Etobicoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team from Restoration 1 were incredibly responsive and efficient. I had an emergency and they were at my home within an hour ready to deal with the issue and provide solutions that helped me in my time of need. Not only were they so responsive, they had tremendous empathy towards the situation and provided on-going support and follow up. They came when they said they would and dealt with the situation in the most professional and effective manner. They also dealt directly with the insurance company and had the information, knowledge and experience to get things resolved with them. I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who has a home emergency where their services would be required.

With Restoration 1’s fast response, they were able to use the latest drying technology to save my hardwood floors from several leaks. Restoration 1 saved me money, disruption in my home and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Steve once again for your professional work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience with the Restoration 1 Team. Steve was very professional, honest, friendly, and I felt that I was in good hands. Very quick to respond to my flood emergency. I callled at Steve at 815 am in the morning and he was there with his team @ 10 am for clean up! Quick Service! He was detailed in explaining the restoration process and what the next steps was. I called him at 830 pm in the evening with questions and was keen on answering my questions! He answered my all of questions. The crew was great, professional. If I ever need water restoration services again, Restoration 1 Etobicoke would be my number 1 pick and I totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the project manager come by and assess some water issues I had in my basement in June 2020. He provided a quote the following day. I attempted to contact him by phone and by email on numerous occasions over the last 7 days in order to accept his terms and schedule the work; however he does not respond. I even asked him to confirm that he does not want the job so that I could look elsewhere. No Response. During times of water issues, you want a company that will respond quickly, professionally and reliably; my experience is that Restoration 1 Etobicoke is not that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great. I had water damage in my basement caused by a crack in my foundation a few months ago. I called restoration 1 after hearing about them from a friend. I was connected to Mario Mandaric who came the next day to inspect the property.
From that point on, he took over and sorted through all the details from removing all the old flooring and basement walls, to repairing the damage with new material. He had a guy for everything and notified me of timelines and kept in touch with my insurance company to make sure I was covered through the process. He checked in every now and then to see if I was happy with the work. I appreciated being notified of everything that was being done. Seamless customer service experience. I would highly recommend these guys for your needs. You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reid was quick to respond when we had a sewage backup in our basement. He was friendly and had his team here within hours. The disinfection portion of the job was done by the end of the day. The team was very empathetic to our situation and very thorough. I also had to deal with the owner, Steve, who was very professional and helpful. The cost of the work was higher than expected but to be fair, I did not have the chance to shop around for quotes so it could very well be the market rate for this type of work. Nobody ever wants to have to deal with a restoration company but if you must, I would recommend Restoration 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Restoration 1 after a sewage backup as they were recommended by our plumber. Well, this was a BIG mistake... Mario, the GM refused to work with our insurance to provide pictures and extra details supporting our claim while this is part of what we paid him to do... Because of that, we are now going to get a lower settlement from our insurance while we are still expected to pay 100% of the invoice to Restoration 1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!!
