I walked in over 30 minutes ago with my partner. 3 employees on the floor and we have not been greeted nor have we been asked if we need any help. Since we walked in, 3 clients have walked in, been served and walked out. Finally we get served by a woman carrying around a phone on speaker as she explains that she is on hold for one of the clients that came in after us and to expect her to walk away at any time. Lots of work to be done with the customer service in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benjamin Moore makes the highest quality paint I've ever used. The store has knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. The prices are quite high for a gallon of paint $70 when compared to Behr or CIL. However, there is more pigment in the paint vs liquid. The coverage is excellent and dries fast. Better quality paint will cost more. The outdoor deck paint holds up pretty well to Quebec's harsh winters. Preparation and application is the key. Sanding and staining with no direct sunlight. Good results with minimal maintenance. Always use classic oil on deck boards and water based on railings for best results.
