Got misinformed about the package when I noticed it at home had to retourne the cell the following day and change my package. The person who served me just say I am sorry I made mistake. I had to pay for his mistake
I had to wait additional 1 1/2 hour in order to correct his mistake. No compensation given
Will never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime there is a special,they do not carry enough stock. You have to wait hours to find this out and they do not give you a rain check.
Furthermore if you are a first time buyer for a smart phone how are you supposed to download anything if you do not have a phone.
I was #10 today to get 2 phones,both google pixel 6 and of course none in stock. I think you should up your quantities when there is a sale because every year it is the same thing and you still have not learned a thing from this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me wait for almost 2 hrs saying there's a virtual line while there was no one around.
Took them 2 mins to finally answer "out of stock".
Could have simply checked for stock instead of waiting for virtual line's clients. Ended up wasting 2 hrs for nothing.

I give 4 stars because you should have had a 2nd person there. Where was the regional manager when someone is understaffed.
