do yourself a favor, go elsewhere only one employee seems to be competent and caring. i've shopped here multiple times and each time has been a disappointment, from defective or damaged merchandise and poor customer service, down to buying a new pair of headphones only to have the employee open the packaging with an exacto knife and proceeding to CUT THROUGH THEM. to my misfortune i didn't check before leaving the store, so i'll likely have to go back and fight for a refund or exchange lol

Sort of disappointed actually. I travelled to 5-6 locations all over Montreal looking for a particular item that each store said they had in stock. Never did find the item, each store was out of stock. Other than that, The Source is a good store in general.

I ordered a 40$ item online. The delivery was late, they offered me a refund. 2 months, 5 emails, 3 chats later, never got the refund. Fortunately I paid via PayPal, so I had to open a dispute. Finally got the refund, with the help of PayPal, absolutely no help from the source. Worst customer service ever.

I was in there on a Sunday, Sept.13.2020. Asked one of the staff members for a headset to use with my cell. She pointed out some options I needed one right away. Reason why I did not order one through Amazon like I would normally do. I get out of the store, in my car and drive 3 blocks for a coffee. Before I enter the coffee place. I opened the my purchase. As soon as I opened it noticed this headset do not have a microphone. I drove back to the store right away. The store rep asked me if I had a receipt. I showed her it. Then asked me if I opened it I said yes. Then she says I could not return it because of the covid thing... I explained the only reason I took this was because she confirmed to me it was a headset and this did not have a microphone. She denied I said that. She continued to argue I did not ask for a headset with a microphone to speak on. Definition of headset on google: noun 1. a set of headphones, typically with a microphone attached, used especially in telephone and radio communication. Once I explained what a head set was, the staff member argued that to her a headset is anything you put around your head to listen something to. I walked out cause I did not want to continue to argue with the staff member. I then called the head office. Staff who answered my call told me the representative at the store should not have used the covid situation as an excuse. She advised me the store manager would call me back before Wednesday of that week to resolved the matter. I provided my email & cell number for the manager to contact me via writing so I could have a record of our interaction. The representative at the head office assured me the store manager was going to write to me to address this matter. Today is Sunday, Sept.20.2020 I have not had any contact from the store manager nor the head office. I am sure this situation would not have happened to me if I just waited one or two days for Amazon to deliver. I am sure I would have not had this situation happened to me with Amazon. Customer service and clear business practices are important for a business. I surely did not get this at this location. Word of advice, when you buy something at this location or any source make them open it at the store before you buy it. Before they make up something to deny your right to return the items.

I went here to pickup a PS5. I was here on time, but the store never opened. I waited for 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up so I had to leave. Avoid this location at all costs.

My wife and I walked into the store in Lachine on Remembrance road. We were served by the manager (Tommy Lafrance). What an a mazing experience!! We both needed a new cellular account with Bell. He took care of every detail for both my wife and I. No complaints what so ever!. Even other customers who were waiting were very pleasant. Great experience. Thanks Tommy!!

The opening hours seem to be only a suggestion. I try to go there and it is randomly closed. They have nothing in this store! The products they do carry seem to be always out of stock. They will tell you come back tomorrow, come back next week, maybe next week... i would recommend you to go anywhere but here :(
