★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a quelques années, j'ai acheté ma pierre tombale chez M. Charles Vincent et fait affaire avec lui pour divers services. Je dois dire que, rapport qualité prix, cette entreprise est excellente et je la recommande.
A few years ago, I bought my tombstone from Mr. Charles Vincent and did business with him for various services. I have to say, value for money this company is great and I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment très déçu du service, je trouve inconcevable que les gens puissent agir de cette façon avec la situation que l’on vit. J’ai rencontré M. Vincent en juillet dernier , nous avons signé une entente et j’ai effectué un dépôt pour une livraison avant l’hiver....nous sommes le 12 novembre et il neige, toujours rien , on me donne même pas de nouvelles , je dois appeler chaque semaine et on me dit , la semaine prochaine . Sa reporte toujours et on va finir par venir au cimetière sans monument. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise. Allez a une autre.
Really very disappointed with the service, I find it inconceivable that people can act this way with the situation that we live. I met Mr. Vincent last July, we signed an agreement and I made a deposit for a delivery before the winter .... we are November 12 and it snows, still nothing, I'm even given no news, I have to call every week and I am told next week. It always goes back and we will eventually come to the cemetery without monument. I do not recommend this company. Go to another.
