The person working at the front desk seemed annoyed with the fact that I wanted information on possibly becoming a member. No smile, no greeting no enthusiasm whatsoever. I asked standard questions as anyone would before signing anything. Every one of my questions seemed to bother her. When I would get an answer, it would be either yes or no. No elaboration or explanation as to why. Horrible environment, very negative! A gym is a place that should be welcoming, a place of positivity. This is everything but that! Look elsewhere, definitely not worth it!

C	Case on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has everything you need and the staff have always been nice and helpful to me personally. They recently moved weights around to another room which gives so much more room to lift in. Before it was tight to get around, but now it’s fine. The only reason I dock a star is because I guess there’s something in the water for the other lifters as most of them either dont put the weight away when their done or they stack the heaviest plates in front of the lightest. Or they’ll pin the weight clamps behind multiple plates. So yeah… Aside from that, the gym is pretty good and the monthly fees are fair.
J	Johnny Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worstttttttttt gymmm ever , so dirty and really hard to get a hold of the manager , easy for them to take your money but so hard to get refund or membership cancellation after multiple emails…. Please avoid this gym at any cost!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve sent multiple emails and I call once a week and the manager REFUSES to contact me. Employees have told me they’ve printed out my emails and put them on her desk and she still will not contact me. I had to go the length of calling my credit card company to stop their payments going though my account. Ridiculous

At the starting they lied that yes you can cancel your membership, because i already told that i have to check the gym , but now they say that you have signed an annual contract we can't cancel the membership. The owner calls me and says that he can't cancel the membership bcz of the signed contract, but after he says after looking into my file , that you have 8 payments left , if you pay me half like 4 payments then i will cancel the membership. I mean now how can you cancel the contract? All the thieves here , worst gym and staff and manager, owner alll all are frauds. Please never go to this gym , its my humble request to all the people.

Considering I only went ONCE, you would think they would do the honorable thing, and cancel my membership without penalties.... Ha.... Nope. 90$ for one visit!!! Slimy right to the core this place.
J	J T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if i can give half a star. I lost my pass and so I asked what I could do to get in. The staff in front said i need to get a new card and will cost me 15$. So i did purchase a replacement card. Swiped my card and paid. Then she suddenly reminded me of “if you have our app and registered there, you can find your card there” while printing my receipt. Im like ooh right i do have my digital card in the app. And so i wanted to get refunded to what i just purchased literally 2 seconds ago. And she refused to. What a scam. Second thing is, so i cancelled my membership after a year (march 2022), due to covid where the gyms closure on (2021), i did not freeze my payments, therefore they extended my membership to May 2022 . I no longer member of this gym and yet they charged my card a maintenance fee of 68$. I have bombarded their emails and no single replied. I have called the gym every single day and “only Manager” can figure it out and can give me an answer. The manager has never been onsite everytime I call to speak to her. Until now, They have not refunded me.
