It's conveniently placed, near maxi, lachine hospital and other stores. But it's a run down pharmaprix. The floor is worn away and they have done nothing to fix it; people need to be careful when they go in there. They do have the essentials, but if you can go to a better pharmaprix, do. I recently had a experience where I felt pressured by the pharmacist to buy several items to promote good health but I wasn't told that I could not return the item...I admit it is partly my fault because it is covid and I should have known I could not return the items but I was exhausted and wasn't in my right mind to make the right decision. I have been shopping there for years. And I am disappointed that I was taken advantaged like this. Due to its convenience I don't have a choice but to go to this. I want to warn other shoppers, don't buy items because the store pressures you, say no. I am out 80$ of something I do not need or want...

There is a lesbian cashier with short grey hair and hipster glasses that is always talking down to clients as if she owns the Pharmaprix. I had to get a bottle of vitamins replaced I bought 1hr ago because the seal was broken. She condescended me to make me feel like I did something wrong. I tried to buy an item that the staff incorrectly labeled as on sale for 50% off and she refused to accommodate and said that I should always confirm with the staff. And talked about “This is my philosophy, when I buy I don’t just buy. I read and make sure.” In the arrogant French accent. She made it the clients problem that the staff misplaced a price sticker. Horrible service given consistently.

Horrible. All hours of operation state 8am open.At 8am there was myself and other customers waiting for the doors to open.and we can see 3 different staff inside the store. 8:05, 8:10, etc.. At 8:25 I knock on window, The manger woman with short grey hair and glasses comes and opens the door to say, we are not opening till the technician comes in 20 minutes, so I ask why didn't you let all of us know? she closed and locked the door in my face. Any manger or person with 2 connected brain cells would of come out at 8:01 to let us know that we will not be open till 8:45am. And if the manger can't be bothered to talk to clients, it takes 5 seconds to write on a piece of paper. Sorry, emergency, not opening till 8:45am and tape it to the door. What you don't do is let people wait outside in the cold ,wondering whats going on for 25minutes plus. Total lack of respect for anybody's time. Pharmaprix head office is this is your manager Good Luck. Watch the tape

From when you walk in place looks run down. The pharmacy itself is a mess with horrible customer service. Canada post is no exception. Barely a smile and always bad service. Long wait times and I really cant stress how dirty this store looks when you go in.

Went to the pharmacie today to ask the pharmacist advice on a problem I had in my ear. She replied that she had nothing for me and she can’t do nothing . She said go to a CLC and that they probably will do nothing there too. This old lady pharmacist was so rude it was unbelievable. All I wanted was some drops for my ear.

This location has failed miserably so much recently which prompted me to finalize my file after more than 10 years. 2 distinct recent"pharmacists " are the cause. They are not knowledgeable, reliable, extremely rude and condescending, several mistakes with my medications, unreliable "online services " which seems to prompt for refill, then the pharmacist declines. This "male" tends to "ignore " doctor's prescriptions to suit his needs. I missed my scheduled dose TWICE because of "him"! Which disrupts my treatment and overall wellbeing! I will never ever go to ANY PHARMAPRIX! I have already escalated the "first " pharmacist with Head Office which they took immediate action. I'm honestly exhausted and depleted with the anxiety I go through to even dial the number. So,I relied on their online services. Neither one works! They have tried to defame my character with the new pharmacy I am attempting to change my file with! Disgusting! For their MISTAKES that I have tried to work with!! I will pursue this to the fullest extent, I'm so severely disable and require a competent pharmacist to assist with my treatments. I consider this discrimination and abuse. The employee who called me mentioned NOT TO USE THE ONLINE SERVICE, once I told her that this ERROR was generated by PHARMAPRIX!

It is BEYOND RIDICULOUS that this store has No more bags. So you have all these products that customers pay for and expect them to walk out with what they purchase in their hands? GREED at an all time high.. As if it was not horrible enough that customers had to pay for a bag to put their products in before

My long time family pharmacy and used to be OK, but the quality of service has dropped significantly over the past year. Almost every prescription has been filled with the wrong quantities costing me more in co-pays which come out of my pocket. Service is short and sometimes rude. Seriously considering finding a new pharmacist.
