★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is very nice and helpful. they answered all our questions and went out of their way to help us find something to match what we needed. they have so many choices and we were surprised they had a lot of things we didnt know they had (counter tops, stairs)
i would for sure recommend!

They say it is due to the grain in the wood but the sample they show you has three different types of quality which they failed to mention . They offer to take the order back for a 20 % restocking fee. Not professional, try somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! The manager was short tempered and lost his cool and stormed off during are conversation. Cashier mocked me when I didn't understand something in French. When I was speaking French for her. Never once did they try and serve me in my language to make things easier for me the customer. Things are expensive here the least they could do is give a good service. Avoid if u can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees give attitudes, sell the glue for 35$ when Reno Depot sells it for 15$, 25% return fee when it was never said, best parking spots in front of the door are for the owners so customers need to walk with their heavy ceramics in their hands. On top of all that, they try to create an invoicing error by inflating the invoice by 500$. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was perfect. I did my bathroom with heated floor. If you want great product with excenlent service it the place to go. What I received was exactely what I order.
6 months later I did me stair, and again the service could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought hard wood floor from plancher VIP 09/2020, what a great experience from the purchase to delivery guys and installer Menuiseries Pierre Levesque, eveything went smooth and headache free ( as a large purchase should go). Would definently recommend to family and friends 10/10, Merci Beaucoup Plancher VIP, tres satisfait avec l'achat de nos plancher a bois francs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely dissatisfied with the service and quality here, not to mention literal robbery.
We purchased floating floors here about a month ago ( very average quality for the price we payed). I had asked the service representative their policy on returns and he told me that as long is the box is not opened or damaged we could bring them back no problem. I ordered a large amount of flooring with intention to use all of it, however we changed our mind while waiting for our order to arrive and decided to put ceramic in the kitchen instead. Once we got the call that the order was ready ( 2 weeks late, they had told us it would be ready the next week) I had asked him again on the phone, "we changed our mind and will be returning a large amount of the flooring" once again he said no problem, take the pallet and bring back what you don't use. Once we went to pick up the pallet and pay, the bill said " no return" so once again I asked " are You SURE I can bring these back. He says yes no issues. A few days later we go to return about 13 boxes of undamaged, unopened flooring and the same service rep begins to tell my boyfriend that there is a 30% restocking fee if we want to return the flooring and it says no returns on the bill. You can imagine how frustrating this was for us. Call the manager, does absolutely nothing. Called multiple times over the past month and got no call back. They took the flooring back and kept 150$ of our money. We renovate houses full time now and I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any sort of hardware or material store. Would never reccomend using them.
