★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farce. Ordered a few pieces of wood for CURBSIDE pickup. Called when I arrived at the store and was told that I have to come INSIDE the store to print the papers etc, despite having already paid online. Hey RONA... curbside means curbside! You shouldn’t be making people come inside the store and especially should have a disclaimer on your website if this is the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is a crook. Went to buy some wire and get the weekly 20% promotion. The large rona and reno always give the rebate. I asked him if they give the 20% and said not on wire. I told him I did not want to take it and surprisingly enough he said "oh you're not leaving the store without it. He tried to lock me in and when he realized that was wrong, he told me he would call the police on me lol. Really!?!? He even took a picture of my license plate. What a whack job. Places like this need to be shut down or go out of business ASAP! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small Rona, I'm assuming they have a lot of inventory in the yard, but the store itself is small.
If you're one to look for items that are just on sale, you'll be in and out of this place in under a minute, that's just to give you an idea of how small the store is. Staff is friendly though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to give this Rona a chance because it is conveniently located but everytime I go, they either don't have what I need, are more expensive than other stores, and the staff is in a "I hate my job" type of mood. I am discouraged every single time I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem! This RONA is amazing. They're service is exceptional. They take their time to help you and make sure you are getting the proper materials for the project in place. I had so many questions, more than most would probably want to answer and they were beyond patient and friendly. This is what makes top notch service!

As of March 29/22 Maude Berube and Johanne Vachon of Rona Vaudreuil worked together to arrange a full refund. Thanks to them they both gave me excellent service
Head office customer service was pitiful.

Bought box of 15 tiles from Rona online March 20/22. Recd the tiles via Purolator and when box was opened 7 of 15 completely broken
Tried to get them to pick up tiles but they won’t
I have to bring them back to a Rona store
Their customer service lady Maryse at Lowe’s orders told me someone from Rona would pick up the box and I would receive refund on my Card. No one has called or replied and they’re hiding hoping I’ll go away. Fast to take my money but useless at giving service
To date they keep refusing my emails which go into an unmonitored email. What the point of having an email they don’t accept or look at.
This company has to have the worst customer services ever seen.
Never buy anything online with Rona /Lowe’s
Lowe’s owns Rona and their email addresses are also useless. Go to Home Depot and hopefully they’ll give service
They’re service ratings vary from 1.6 - 2.8 only on several reviews sites on internet
Would give zero stars but 1 is minimum I could offer
Rona should be ashamed of themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very thankful that was the only local hardware store that actually had kiln dried sand in stock. Reno-Depot had some but the person who could retrieve it within the store was on vacation (can't believe that excuse). I placed an online order with Rona and within 15 minutes I got a confirmation that it is ready for pickup. Went to the store and was told to pull around back into the yard. The associate said stay in car and loaded up our trunk. This allowed to me take advantage of a 3-day weekend to finish my patio project.
