Do not order off the web. Ordered a product that said in store pickup in 7-14 days and I'm still waiting. Product appeared in stock in local store when I made purchase on-line. Checked 14 days later, they still had stock. Called person responsible for web orders and left a voice mail message. Got no response. Have since sent a message through web page and I am still awaiting a response.

This location, like most of its stores, is a great place for home needs. It’s well organized and very similar to all the other stores. Their seasonal items are always easy to find. Good service and nice staff

If I could give this store -5 stars I would. Clean and well represented... Picked out what I needed in paint. They called someone.. 20 min later still waiting. Only employés I could find were the ones working cash. I guess they do not value customer service, or are severly understaffed. It is sad because I would like to support local business but it is difficult when you cannot get the assistance you need.

We were at the lighting session for a while during Monday evening at 6:30pm, and no one was there to help. Finally we found an employee for help, however he wasn’t in charge for the lighting session, so he broadcasted for the person who was in charge. Another couple heard the broadcast, also stood behind us to wait for the lighting guy. After 5 minutes of waiting, the lighting guy arrived and spoke to the other couple first, we were being ignored even though we tried to speak with the guy and let him know that we were the ones originally asked for him via broadcast. Long story short, a big store with little displays available and with no help. We were not impressed.

Reno isnt my favoured diy/builders shop, however if you compare between it and HDepot, you can find the same product cheaper at one or the other. My biggest gripe with reno is that the staff aren't as helpful as at HD, just my experience over a few visits, although that hasn't stopped me going back so it's not all bad.

Terrible service ! Wrong pricing ! Purchased 3 items. They could not find a price or a code on a coat hook , apparently it’s online only item but we clearly took it from the shelves and the price was on it !! After 15 minutes of nobody knowing anything we left it there , 2nd item a pendant light fixture priced at $189 but they charged $229 so another 15 min arguing trying to get my $10 consumer protection credit no luck as the nice lady supervisor explained that they are honoring the lower price only ! No extra $10 off !i got a handful of attitude at how she was right and me wrong . Good luck shoppers keep an eye on your receipts.

I came in with a family member from the US and he had his two vaccinations and an ID but the person at the door wouldn’t let us in. I tried explaining calmly that everyone else let us in be he kept interrupting me and saying I needed a QR code. He wouldn’t let me finish so I just left. I tried calling customer service from my car but they didn’t answer after 3 tries. We decided to go to home depot where they let us in and we’re extremely friendly. I would suggest to everyone to go there instead.
