I was positively surprised to see the clsc hours showing that they are open on Sundays. After driving from baie-d'urfe in -28c this morning, I found out that their blood test clinic is not open on the weekend, contrary to what their voice message says. Needless to say I was not in a good mood, another example of government management that is out of touch. This would never happen in a private clinic.

Terrible paying for parking , service sucks I was very first patient of the day with an appointment for ultrasound , after opening my (25 minutes after my scheduled appointment)mouth if even anyone is present to do such a thing, technician show up within 5 minutes , she does what is need it in 15 minutes, then leaves me in room saying doctor will be right there with me to evaluate my ultrasound, then another at least 40 minutes passes me being alone in room not knowing when the doctor will show up. Which he never did , I asked the technician where the doctor was, to read the results to me ,she didn't even know if the doctor was in building, I left the building. I used to go to Radimed and I think I will be going back to them they keep their appointments on time and no hassle, and free parking. Awful service in here.

This clinic has to be the worst clinic available. They first get non professional to give info over phone. When discussed those results with my new private doctor. I was told that makes no sense. Tried to call them back 5x. And everytime waited 1 hour before giving up. Very unprofessional staff. From receptionist to doctors. So much for free Health Care.

I went to the CLSC last week to get some informations. I was asked to sanitize my hands and remove my mask by the security agents at the door and then I was given a brand new mask to enter the clsc. Once I got my ticket for information, the lovely lady at counter D or C (I'm not too sure which one it was) was very nice to me. She took the time to listen to me and find solutions and even went out of her way and called a co-worker that was working at another clsc to find an information I needed. I was very please overall with her service. This little blond lady I think her name was Émilie was a great help to me and overall this clsc is of great service to the community. Loki

The people I met there, lied to me and then told me assaultings aren't important. The social worker didn't even triage my doctor's diagnosis and treatment referral. I wouldn't trust them, , they even said it wasn't important my friend was also assaulted. Worst department ever. Misleading and manipulating, exploiting a victim of assaultings, is not anything like real healthcare. And to each their own responsibility.

This morning one of the best experience ever with my blood work appointment. I showed up thinking my appointment was March 3 but only to find out I made a huge mistake on the date. I was scheduled for March 23rd. When the young lady at Guichet “A” explains this to me I apologized and said, I will come back. She then said, we’ll wait a minute I just got a cancellation, she asked me if I would like to reschedule for today the 3rd. Well this is service!! Nice to see that there are people who care and go out of there way to help , thank you Guichet “A”. I also noticed that since my last review concerning not everyone we’re taking appointments , this morning all 4 Guichet were taking patients. WOW

Dr. appointments are all on line or by phone. No one is receiving a paper copy of their requisitions however, upon arrival and waiting in line I was told they require a paper copy. I had to go to a bureau en gros to print out my copy and wait again in line. Why wouldn't they have a print out station, knowing so many people are going through the same issue????

My father asked me to add this review on his behalf. He has been frequenting the CLSC since December for post surgery care (dressing his wound). Today was his last visit and cannot thank the amazing staff there enough and they were always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The acknowledged him by name, and always made sure everything was okay, not just his wound. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the excellent staff!
