★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for my scheduled appointment. Almost 45 min, went to ask appointment desk how much longer, because I have another appointment at 3:30. She's chit chatting on the phone, doodling in her notepad, doesn't even acknowledge me just giggling away on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed my son's 4 months vaccine because he was sick. Now when I asked for new appointment they are giving it after 4 months which would mean my son would be 8 months old when he gets his 4 month vaccine. They don't make sense and don't even care.
We are talking about 4 months old infant, not sure if it is health system as a whole which is going towards this "I don't care" attitude or is it just this specific place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my shingle vaccine there and the girl gave me the shot at the wrong place...she gave me the shot on my muscle which is to low it has to be higher up ,That's what the other girl told me when I went for my second shot in Lasalle.Oh my goodness my arm was sore for two weeks straight and very red...never going there again

I am calling at 4 months they truly don't look like they care... making me wait over a month and a half

The receptionist was a bit blunt, sure, but I don't think I've been to a CLSC where there was a kind receptionist. If I was going only based on that experience then definitely not 5 stars.
However Dr. Garon was so kind. She saw I was nervous and was very patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. I also only waited maybe about 10 minutes in the waiting room. Merci Dr. Garon!
