M	M. D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have a family doctor but speaking from my experience from walk in appointments, I like Dr. Normandin. Speaks direct and to the point. Dr. Bastien was great, kind and attentive though I heard she doesn't work there anymore. I liked Dr. Karen Tong also, she will take time to explain things and was non judgmental. Clean, organized looking clinic. Receptionists have always been polite and professional with me. Sometimes you can wait 20 minutes from your appointment however I have also waited an hour before but what can you do it's quebec, i've seen worse.

D	Dorin Ogradă on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention those who are going for SAAQ Evaluation, I was greatly surprised to find out that I had to pay more 85 $ for seeing an optometrist for a full vision test evaluation because of the doctor who examined me at Mednam was not able to fill the vision section ! Be prepared to pay more 85 $ to get done this rapport . P.S. Totally disappointed !

Dr.Fernandez is our family doctor for the first time, she is amazing and keep smiling all the time, explain to us every question we asked smoothly without any delay. we feel that we are in home and she is part of our family. thank you so much Dr.Fernandez and all the staff in Mednam Clinic.

S	Shopper 1234 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not accept Dr Nguyen Khac Minh as your GP. First, his name is not listed neither on Bonjoursante nor on Mednam's website. This means you CANNOT get an appointment without having to speak to a human at the clinic. Oh, btw, did I tell you that it's almost impossible to speak to a human? You'll only get voicemail and call backs can take 24h. So, good luck if you are sick and need to see Dr, Nguyen!! Also, when after many days have gone by and you finally get an appt to see him, Dr Nguyen says, oh next time you are sick, go to a hospital. Really? So he's there to cash in the govt money for the consultation? Dr Nguyen Khac Minh is a ghost, not listed as a Dr in the clinic!!!

They accept people who doesn't have RAMQ OR A FAMILY DOCTOR but you have to pay off course. Dr. marie and the nurse were very decent and know what to do. Thanks alot.
