Le docteur Oliel est mon dermatologue depuis au moins 10 ans et je dois dire que ça n'a jamais été facile d'avoir un RDV. Il est maintenant presque impossible d'avoir un RDV. Depuis maintenant 6 mois que je tente de prendre un RDV pour mes traitements de peau. Soit que tu es chanceux et tu réussis à avoir la réceptionniste , et elle te dit de rappeler dans 3 mois, car la cédule du Dr n'est pas encore disponible. Alors comme tu acquiesces et tu rappelles 3 mois plus tard pour te taper un message enregistré qui te dit qu'elle sera de retour une autre date à chaque fois que tu rappelles et bien sûr la boite vocale restes toujours pleine. Si par chance la boite vocale n'est pas pleine et tu laisses un message, ne compte pas de te faire rappeler. C'est à croire que la téléphoniste ne sait pas comment utiliser un téléphone! Soit c'est qu'il y a pas suffisamment de spécialistes ou trop de demandes.
Doctor Oliel has been my dermatologist for at least 10 years and I must say that it has never been easy to get an appointment. It is now almost impossible to get an appointment. For 6 months now I have been trying to make an appointment for my skin treatments. Either you're lucky and you manage to get the receptionist, and she tells you to call back in 3 months, because the Dr's schedule is not yet available. So like you nod and call back 3 months later to type in a recorded message telling you she'll be back on another date every time you call back and of course the voicemail is always full. If by chance the voicemail isn't full and you leave a message, don't expect to be called back. It is to believe that the operator does not know how to use a telephone! Either there are not enough specialists or too many requests.

This clinic doesn't accept debit or credit, only cheques or cash(they will direct you across the street to a teller that charges 3$ for withdrawal if you're from another bank). They tell you at the counter when you're about to pay. That wouldn't have been a problem in 1985 I guess.. But don't tell the receptionist they should advise people in advance since they will expect to pay debit like everywhere else, because she's going to go ballistic on you. And you know that when you don't agree at a clinic, you're always the unreasonable one, right?
