This Clinique is in a nice new building with young staff. If you have your family Dr there, you can always benefit from going to their walking clinic without any appointments. They also have an online website to book the appointment. There is lots of parking in front of the clinic with the pharmacy at the ground floor. I really like the nurses and Drs there. Thanks for helping us.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. In complete honesty, the only thing that was good about the clinic was the nurse. The rest wasn't just bad or disappointing - it was appalling. I'm still considering making a formal complaint. The dr I saw provided the worst care I can remember ever receiving. He was completely uninterested in dealing with me, he was determined to dump me unto someone else. He took the easiest excuse to shut down my issue & just like that it was decided that it was settled. It didn't matter to him that my legitimate questions were not addressed in any way by his 'diagnosis', he barely even bothered to look at what I was saying. If your problem is in the genital area, it only makes sense that a Dr would do a quick exam - nope, 2min just lying on my back, not even using stirrups and he'd decided it was herpes - (it's not, more on that later) which I let him swab assuming we would move on to the actual reason I was there and in pain for over 1 month. No, Dr was done. I have never felt so badly treated by a doctor and still can't believe that he saw me sobbing before I even had my pants back on, sobbing sitting in front of him. He said I seemed upset about something, like it was really confusing to him. I tried to explain but you know when someone really doesn't actually care, they asked because they felt they had to, it's a waste of time. I left his office sobbing, stood at the reception waiting to give my sample and referral - still sobbing. Was told the wait was 6 months for an appointment. I left still sobbing and continued in the lobby for another 10min. I'm not prone to over the top reactions, I was completely crushed, hopeless about the pain and in disbelief that I'd received no actual medical care and that the whole staff saw how upset I was and not a single person tried to calm me down or find out what was wrong. A couple of days later I went to a different clinic for regular sti screening & I told the nurse about what I had experienced & she was not only appalled but she was visibly angry for me that: a) I'd been treated that way b) what she saw looked nothing like herpes (Dr confirmed later on as well) but they still tested it c) that I'd been given a almost confirmed diagnosis of herpes yet given no information, no support, no follow up, which she deemed unprofessional, if not unethical. I received the results from the 2nd clinic (of course, negative) over a week ago. To this day, I have heard nothing from the Monk clinic about any results. How is this acceptable? I'm not even able to fully explain just how awful the care I received truly was. Whatever you get from this review, multiply that by 20 and you're getting closer. This Dr should not be treating anyone. He has a duty of care, he's responsible for investigating at least a little, considering differential diagnosis, at least make some effort. He made none. And I have a right to receive competent care. I DID NOT. Still considering formal complaint. Total fail, never go there. This is by far the worst review I have ever written and its still not enough.

I cant even make an appointment with my own family doctor. The phone number suggests you to use the website and the website has literally no dates available. "No appointment meeting your search criteria is available for now." I checked everyday of the month and nothing. Whats the point of having a family doctor if I CANT even see them?!?!?!

Receptionists are horrible and literally their job has become obsolete. They no longer pick up calls and have a delay 48hr callback. Don't expect to come in for a walk-in clinique they say they no longer offer it. Ask them to book a time in the future and they tell you do it online. Rendez-vous sante is broken and can never get you an appointment. They are rude and other than shuffling papers for the doctors, I don't see their use other than to reject people at the door. Either the system is broken or they are the worst clinique I've seen.

The doctors and nurses at the clinic are very nice. The receptionists (the ones I've interacted with) are rude, incredibly unhelpful, I understand they deal with sick people all day but they could at least try to understand that their booking system is an absolutely pile of trash. I ended up having to go to the hospital to be seen for something that originally would've been a simple round of antibiotics. It is impossible to get an appointment with my family doctor through their booking system or with anyone else, no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. The only way to get an appointment with my doctor is over the phone (which they do not answer) or show up in person to book an appointment. Every single online option no matter what you do says there are no availabilities, even for a follow-up that is required weeks in advance. I don't know who implemented this horrendous booking system and who is in charge of hiring the bitter receptionists but they should be fired. This clinic is poorly managed.

I love Dr. Garneau-Holiday so I wouldn't go anywhere else but the reception for this clinic is just awful. I've been trying to book an appointment for a week now with no success. No one answers the phone, so I've left several messages. Someone called me 3 days after my initial voicemail to tell me that the only way to book was online and he unfortunately can't help me. He hung up on me before I could explained that I had already tried. My doctor is on maternity leave and I am unable to book online. I've been trying to book this appointment for my 6 month old daughter since Monday. It is now Thursday night.

Was lucky enough to book an appointment online for the following day, given my family doctor wasn't available for quite some time. It was my first time at this walk-in clinic and I was quite impressed. I was promptly greeted by two polite receptionists and then met with a lovely doctor, Dr Ho, within 30-45 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. She was patient, thorough and very friendly throughout the appointment and took her time. Thank you to the reception team and Dr Ho for a lovely experience this morning! The building is modern, clean and there was ample free street parking.

Very satisfied with my experience. Not having a family doctor makes medical care difficult, but the doctors here do follow-ups and really care about your opinion. It's a public system, so you can always expect to wait up to an hour, but the nurse was incredible and the doctor was very efficient.
