K	Keith O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only gave one star because it is impossible to give less. This clinic and it's staff are the very definition of incompetence. After seeing a doctor about serious symptoms, I was told to go do a blood test. After having done this and having the results sent to the clinic, I was never called back. After many weeks of silence I called them and a very rude and unprofessional receptionist told me that they could not release the results of the blood test to me, and they were refusing to give me a followup appointment with the doctor... as if the very act of getting my blood drawn would magically cure all of my symptoms. I therefore had to reach out to another, more competent doctor (at a different clinic) as I was obviously still suffering from symptoms. After calling Clinique médicale sud-ouest in order to have the results of my blood test sent to this new doctor, I spent about 15 minutes on the phone being transferred back and forth between rude receptionists and being hung up on twice. Each time I spoke to a new person I had to escalate my level of hostility until someone reluctantly agreed to put a note in to have the results sent to me. I am still unsure weather this will be done or not, but my expectations are very low. Meanwhile, the new doctor had to send me to do a whole new blood test. If you need actual medical care, do not bother going to this clinic. If however you enjoy wasting your time and being treated horribly by incompetent staff, by all means go ahead.

The results of the exams were sent to the clinic, when I called to check if they were available an attendant said it was too early for that without even checking if they were there and told me to call back later in the month. When I called again, another attendant said the results were already available a long time ago. Thank you very much Mme Francine P. for your great work helping me to have the results of my exams! Definitely we need more people like her in this system.

I started off my pregnancy here with Dr. Gloutney who was inattentive and never there, when I say never there I mean not once when I called in and twice for scheduled appointments. For one of my ultrasounds I was not given the necessary papers and it took over 2 weeks to get the paper signed and sent over from the doctor. The staff at reception are rude any chance they get and when I decided I no longer wished to be followed here charged me close to 40$ for my file so I can change doctors because apparantly my file was so large it warranted that cost and when I brought it to my new (amazing) doctor she said she needed maybe 2 of the pages that they charged me for. Do yourself a favor especially for a first pregnancy and go literally anywhere else because you won't get the attention or support you need here.
p	pattyv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic that takes responsibility for its patients. Had a minor surgery today and Dr. Laplante he was very professional despite my discomfort with the procedure. I am grateful that he agreed to do the procedure on a Sunday so that I didn’t miss any work. Thank you!
D	Dmitriy Tsarkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago I started to have a very intense knee pain (I could barely walk), which subsided by the time I got an appointment in this clinic. The doctor examined me, but since he couldn’t make me feel pain by moving my leg he just told me to go and return when the pain comes back. He could’ve prescribed me additional tests like X-ray, because my knee was clearly still not well, but no, he just told me to go home. Such a waist of my time and taxpayers money

I have come here MULTIPLE times for the same issues that have been persisting for years and not a single doctor here ever takes me seriously. I wait for over an hour (even with an appointment) only to sit in their office for less than 7 minutes and be diagnosed for something I don’t even have symptoms for, nor without ANY physical assessments to allow them to reach any sort of conclusion. All they care about is dismissing you as quick as possible to get to the next person and prescribe medication (again with NO physical assessments made). They simply do not listen to patients and treat them like a nuisance. It’s unjust and honestly quite disgusting. What a waste of tax payers’ money. Most receptionists there are rude too, if you go to the wrong window, they won’t even direct you, they just ignore you. Get out of the industry if you don’t like dealing with people!!! Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE, these people don’t care about you.
