Une vrai clinique de petteux de broue qui se croient au dessus de tout !!!!! Do not answer the phone, do not return calls, we chat with them on Facebook as a last resort, They look at your messages but do not take 20 seconds to answer us, not insulting !!! A real clinic of petteux de brou who believe themselves above everything !!!!!

Payer 200$ pour un rv de 15 minutes, après une attente d’une heure et plus est insultant. On nous charge également 75$ pour un rendez-vous téléphonique de 13 minutes, simplement pour transmettre les résultats d’une prise de sang... un mois après le test! Attention, ils ne préviennent pas toujours les clients de tous ces frais! C’est dommage que les services semblent se dégrader avec le temps... Dre. Desaultels offers a different approach to hormone therapy, adjusting to each patient. I am satisfied with the care. However, the costs are exorbitant! Paying $ 200 for a 15-minute date after waiting an hour or more is insulting. We are also charged $ 75 for a 13-minute phone appointment, just to send the results of a blood test ... one month after the test! Be careful, they do not always warn customers of all these costs! Very nice experience. Parking in front of the door. My appointment for a blood test was at 9 a.m. and at 9:09 a.m. I was out. Kind and courteous staff.

Mauvaise organisation dans la prise et la confirmation de rendez-vous à plusieurs reprises. 1) Veillez informer clairement à vos patients à quelle clinique ils doivent se présenter. 2) Votre site internet et vos portes devraient indiquer l'heure d'ouverture pour les prises de sang versus l'ouverture de la clinique. Ex.: Ouverture de la clinique à 08h00. Ouverture pour prise de sang à 07h30. 3) Assurez-vous que vos clients soient informés d'être à jeun ou non lors d'une prise de sang. Les coûts que nous payons pour la médecine privée sont en grande partie pour éviter des pertes de temps. J'espère que des solutions seront apportées pour honorer les excuses qui m'ont été offertes par le personnel de l'accueil. Je crois aussi que la confiance et la réputation de votre clinique sont construites sur ces premiers contacts. Dissatisfied! Poor organization in taking and confirming appointments on several occasions. 1) Make sure your patients are clearly informed which clinic they should attend. 2) Your website and doors should indicate the opening time for blood tests versus the opening of the clinic. Ex .: Clinic opens at 8 a.m. Opening for blood test at 7:30 am. 3) Make sure your clients are told whether or not they are fasting when taking blood. The costs we pay for private medicine are largely to avoid wasted time. I hope that solutions will be found to honor the apologies offered to me by the reception staff. I also believe that the trust and reputation of your clinic are built on these first contacts.

I CAN NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN REASONABLE TIME. CAN'T EVEN SEE MY DOCTOR WHEN I SHOW UP BECAUSE I WAIT FOR OVER 1H AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET A HOLD OF THE RECEPTIONIST. WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING THESE FEES ??????

Guess I'll just further clog the emergency room and wait 16 hours for a non-emergency
