Dans une agence de placement, on s’attend à être pris en considération, de recevoir des appels et avoir des entrevues. Franchement, Ranstad a vraiment des leçons à donner aux autres agences! J’ai été accueilli avec dynamisme (pas juste avec un sourire forcé là, vraiment un dynamisme qui te fait comprendre que tu es important pour eux), un positivisme hors pair et des promesses réalistes/tenues.
Rapidement, j’ai eu une entrevue. La compagnie m’aurait engagée, mais l’horaire ne concordait pas (l’entreprise n’avait pas donné le bon horaire de travail). Rapidement encore, j’ai eu deux autres entrevues, puis une autre. Après chaque entrevue, ils (mais surtout elles) m’ont contacté pour prendre des nouvelles. Malheureusement, je me suis trouvé un emploi par moi-même, mais les offres étaient bien présentes.
Lors de l’entrevue, j’ai été écouté, des notes ont été prises et un diagnostic de mes compétences a été fait. Mes attentes salariales ont été respectées à tous les coups.
Franchement, si toutes les agences pouvaient avoir votre niveau de compétence, nous vivrions dans un monde bien plus beau (presque sans guerre).
Si le cas se présente, j’irai sans aucun doute vous voir. Ma confiance est gagnée et elle est très dure à obtenir.
Uh ... How to say?
In an employment agency, you are expected to be considered, to receive calls and to be interviewed. Frankly, Ranstad really has lessons to teach other agencies! I was greeted with dynamism (not just with a forced smile there, really a dynamism that makes you understand that you are important to them), an unparalleled positivism and realistic / kept promises.
Quickly, I had an interview. The company would have hired me, but the schedule did not match (the company had not given the correct work schedule). Quickly again, I had two other interviews, then another. After each interview, they (but especially they) contacted me to inquire. Unfortunately, I found a job by myself, but the offers were there.
During the interview, I was listened to, notes were taken and a diagnosis of my skills was made. My salary expectations were met every time.
Frankly, if all agencies could have your skill level, we would be living in a much more beautiful world (almost without war).
If the case arises, I will definitely see you. My confidence is won and it is very hard to obtain.

À 11hOO j'avais un entretient téléphonique avec eux et 45 minutes plus tard j'avais un entrevue d'embauche le lendemain matin pour ma job de rêve. Service très courtois et humain, des gens qui veulent vraiment votre bien et qui veulent vous voir atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. Je suis très content d'avoir fait affaire avec eux ! ?
Very impressed! Professional people, involved and very attentive. I did business with them to get a job. At 11:00 a.m. I had a phone interview with them and 45 minutes later I had a job interview the next morning for my dream job. Very courteous and human service, from people who really want your best and who want to see you achieve your professional goals. I am very happy to have done business with them! ?

1) I first met a gentleman there Abdelilah Ait Aazzi who was seemingly very nice but ultimately disappeared and gave no response after multiple emails.
2) no matter when you call them, you can never reach anyone and no one ever calls you back.
3) there is absolutely no way to reach anyone from the team via any communication channels.
It’s an absolute disaster the way this office is managed.
