Made an appointment for my daughter through bonjour santé. Nobody ever called for the appointment and the phone line is no longer in service! What is going on? Why weren't we advised that our child's family doctor's office is closing? And why is bonjour santé still giving appointments?

The receptionist refused to book an appointment for my wife and my 2 y.o. kid in walk-in clinic. I'm pretty sure she could do it, I saw on the screen there were plenty of available time to book two appointments one after another. She said because my kid does not have family doctor in the clinic she can't do it and booked an appointment for my wife only. How is having family doctor related to walk-in clinic? I was super polite, but she was speaking to me like I'm mentally ill. Horrible experience.

I had a sinus infection and call 8 am to get an appointment for 9:40 am. I was truely impressed. The nurse saw me 5 mins after I arrived at clinic and the doctor saw me immediately. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 20 minutes. Wow Wow Wow! My husband did not have an appointment but when he explan to the doctor that he was also not well, the doctor told him to go register and he was able to see the same doctor immediately. This is the best service I had in a long time, because not even my own clinic that I have been going to for the pass 18 years give such good service.

Terrible recent experience! I have been to the clinic 2-3 times over the past 5 years and the doctors have been good. But, the reception staff are rude and incompetent! After calling for an appointment, I arrived at the clinic to be told that there was no record of my appointment. When I insisted that this was impossible, another receptionist said that although I had made an appointment, the system was showing that I had cancelled it. Apparently, the 'system' calls to confirm the appointment an hour before and I had obviously pushed the wrong button. But, when I explained that I had not received any such call, they insisted that I had obviously cancelled the appointment and there was nothing they could do - there was no way to see the doctor - even though the appointment had apparently been cancelled less than an hour ago. None of this made any sense whatsoever! . They were rude, treated me as if I were an idiot and were completely unsympathetic to the fact that I was in pain and had already waited 2 days for this appointment. I have never seen such incompetence and rudeness!!!

The absolute worst receptionists you will ever meet or speak with (if you get a chance) . Have made 52 calls today to the office all of which were made during business hours for a follow up appointment with my doctor. Only 1 was actually answered during and I was put on hold by one of the receptionists for over 45 mins before they decided to hang up on me. Can't get back through. I've had this problem ever since going here and have personally spoken with reception and doctors there about this. All the doctors can say is that they do have terrible receptionists. Defenitely going to be going to clinic in person to discuss this matter and will report all evidence accumulated so far.

Friendly staff and doctors, only if you can get to a doctor on time. Takes two weeks sometimes to get an appointment, and wait times to talk to make an appointment is more than 2 hours of holding the phone. Once inside the clinic, the clinic is good. Bad service prior to getting an appointment.

Love my family doctor here when I am able to GET an appointment! He's great. The clinic and staff itself...atrocious! 4 weeks to get a telephone appointment!!! And now that is running 2 hours late. Called the clinic, they said I was next on the call list. That was over an hour and a half ago. Called back and said I would have to leave work to head home in 20 minutes and might miss the call, would he call back the next day if this happens? They said no. That I would have to call to book another telephone appointment and wait another 4 weeks. Steer clear of this place if you have the option!

Doctors are amazing, RECEPTION IS TERRIBLE. I don't ever write reviews but I'm so fed up. When I call, I get a busy signal or they immediately put me on hold and I wait a very long time. Usually 20 minutes before I hang up. On top of that once I finally wait it out and I do get through, they are unfriendly and usually confused. It's infuriating. I know reception usually isn't great but this is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I'm considering changing clinics so I don't have to deal with this reception.
