★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you finally get an appointment they just cancel it without warning just because i was barely 15 min late because of my daughter- Try talking with the manager- they refuse! I have to drive to Montreal to Clinic Mont-Royal where they will take you no matter what! too bad I live in this place where my daughter cant receive medical attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic I have ever been to. Very bad service from the rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful young man at the front desk. His name is Ikya. He was not helpful at all when it came to taking appointments online and/or giving information required for further appointments. My medical card was expired, and so I decided to see a doctor and pay because it was an emergency. He refused to provide me the service and said it does not apply in Quebec anymore. I went to Jean Coutu and the pharmacist said otherwise. Not what I wanted to do on a Sunday morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad most of all of these negative reviews are before the online appointment booking - Bonjour Santé - was implemented with this clinic. Several times now, I have booked an appointment through the Bonjour Santé website and have gotten a same day appointment, sometimes even within ~2 hours of requesting the appointment. Great, fast, friendly service. It's usually in and out within 15-20 minutes of your appointment time. Arriving a few minutes ahead of your appointment (as per Bonjour Santé) expedites things as well. A+ clinic as far as I'm concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. It's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone in under 15 minutes even if it's to schedule an appointment with your family doctor (that you've been with for years). Don't call close to 4PM or the receptionists will put you on hold until 4PM and then cut you off because they close - happened to me way too often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with some people saying all negative comments may be before reservation system. Got the appointment same day with bonjour sante.
In the Clinic, My first experience was amazing, staff and doctor both were really nice and understanding and took me less than 30 mins to finish all the work there. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr.Blais who I have been seeing for 4 years now is absolutely marvelous. He is kind, caring and takes his time with you if you have concerns or questions. As someone with a fear of doctors, he has completely put me at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good team of doctors, since new system for appointments, a lot more difficult to see someone. I think they are qualified and I highly recommend the team of doctors. I would say that they hurry through medics visits at times and will not treat more then one issue at a time and ask you come back if you have more then one problem. I understand that Medicare is paying, but I find that service disappointing especially that I know my taxes are going towards that type of behaviour and that I also don’t have a lot of free time to go to the clinic several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the walk in clinic. The doctor was so nice and so cute. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. Receptionist was also nice.
I only wish that it were easier to book appointments. They use the bonjour-santé site and finding any appointment is really hard. I woke up 3 mornings in a row at 7am for new openings like the site said and there would be nothing. I'd have to keep refreshing every 15-30 mins and even then I wouldn't find anything. I don't quite understand it.
