You need to schedule an appointment before going to the walk-in clinic. Doesnt make any sense, they don’t even have their phone in their website

No medical treatment + they CALLED SECURITY on me!!! I went in with my two kids without an appointment today - they used to take patients without appointments. The receptionist tells me I have to book an appointment and hands me a business card with information on bonjoursanté so OK, I sit down and start working on that. She comes over and kicks me out of the clinic, saying the waiting room is for clients. OK, I take my cards and kids outside the clinic near the elevators and crouch to continue the now uncomfortable process of booking an appointment. She comes over again. I’m still too close to the clinic! I have to go over there. At this point I feel insulted and ask her if she’s sure that area is OK, this time. I go where she was pointing, nonetheless, and proceed to try to book an appointment. It doesn’t work - there are no appointments to this “emergency clinic” in the next 36 hours. At this point two huge security guards show up. They are calm and polite and explain that there was a complaint about me being “uncooperative!” The clinic’s staff are nearly as abusive and haughty as US border security, and they are supposed to be providing care to sick children… disgusting!

As an immigrant, you will sometimes encounter bad treatment from people. I did not expect that from a health care provider since they vow to be always for people in need when they’re sick. In this clinic, it wasn’t the case because I talked to one of the physicians, which was an Asian female doctor, since the beginning she acted negative, arrogant, and annoyed by my simple presence there. When I told her what my symptoms were. She just suggested me to find friends. I explained her that my feeling was physical rather than mental. She gave me sleeping pills like if I were looking for drugs. It made me feel even worse. I hope no one has to go through what I have.

When you call to make an appointment, there are always no one answer your call. When you send email to make an appointment, the reception always ask you to provide referral each time through you already are the patient of the dermatologist. I have seen many specialist doctor, this is the first time that I met ask me to provide referral each time. Although the doctor is very good, but the receptionist is too bad and the policy is too strange. I will definitely change the doctor although it is close to my house.

Wish I could rate them a zero as they deserve. Visited this place while seeking for a doctor, after wasting a night at the hospital. We were refused in this “without appointment” clinic for not having an appointment. The secretary was kind of rude and didn’t show any empathy for a 4 years old kid under pain.

My family and I are lucky to have a doctor with such a high level of expertise as Dr Mikhail. She is one of a kind - it is rare to find such a competent doctor who is also kind while making us feel safe and taken care of. Dr Mikhail offers outstanding medical care and we are extremely happy to have her as our family doctor!

A DISASTER . I am sure the doctors are competent, if you can get to see them; but otherwise this clinic is an insult to the taxpayers who pay for it. It is so difficult to get an appointment to the walk-in. I have been trying for a WEEK!!!! The receptionist says phone at 8.00, I phone at 8, and an answering machine tells me that they are closed and the secretaries will be available at 9.30. I phone later (8.30) and am told there are no appointments available. Can I book an appointment for tomorrow? "No! Phone at eight." I have tried the on-line booking, it doesn't work, it is non-functional half the time, and the rest of the time just tells you there are no appointments available. The receptionist displays zero people-skills, although I sympathize with her, it can't be easy working in a system that is designed to fail. I used this clinic about four years ago, and it was hard to get an appointment then, but nothing like it is now. Either I was very unlucky this time, or the standards have gone down very badly. Interestingly, there is no contact on their website for complaints. That's a bad sign, it means they aren't interested in how well or badly they are doing, not interested in learning from their clients how to do a better job.
