★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the grand Apple stores in Montreal and surroundings. Since this is in Dix30, its not usually too crowded on weekdays but the customer service is really awesome and the way they organise and allow people to visit around the store and explore is awesome!

Simple issue: Battery draining quickly on iPad Pro 12.9. Apple support remote diagnosis done over phone, and repair for battery remplacement booked by Apple support, simple and professional support to business. Fine!
Immediately upon arrival, store refusing to remplace battery for 129$, on website and told during appointment booking. “We don’t do this, you can buy another iPad. Wait, what?” So a simple employee will make a decision to sell an iPad when a battery issue… Definitely chemistry class about battery was not available in curriculum vitae of the employee. Lying is one thing, abusing power and trying to trick a customer by misleading discussion is even worse.
Francis manager abusing power and expelling the customer claiming that decision is final and go somewhere else! Imagine how desperate he had to feel instead of listening to the customer. Stating “you don’t let me talk, you have to leave, you will not be serviced today, come another day”.
Definitely customer service was not available in Apple DIX30! Store will have to deal with escalated complaint. See how customer can be right sometimes. Waiting for my new iPad remplacement as an apology form Apple!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple store in Brossard, Quebec caused numerous headaches and I would never want to go back there again.
1. First technician had no idea about the iPhone 7 recall and I couldn’t show it to her because I couldn’t connect to the internet anymore. Insisted they could only restore my phone, had to prove to them otherwise.
2. Had to come back a week later since they refused to mail the replacement to me.
3. During the swap they forgot to take my SIM card out and put it in the new phone. Had to try calling from a different phone, but could not leave voicemail (not possible) or contact them since they closed right after.
4. Replacement phone was rose gold instead of gold.
Awful experience, would recommend avoiding this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best apple store. Employees are actively seeking customers that need help/ have questions. I drive 45 minutes just to come to this specific store!! The apple store just 5 minutes away from me is a disaster.
DIX30 is a winner hands down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to battery issue, they only provide quick diagnosis and ask you to reset your hardware... to replace battery ? always got "No" and give you another number to call. They told me they are not providing apple care service, it is somebody else's work. Totally waste of time to talk to them.
Not sure what happened to Apple in recent years. They only reply on their diagnosis app to determine the situation. Last time, I was rejected by another Apple store even my hardware was in recall program and my battery was a noticeably swollen one.

Ask always for “Sabrina “ she really sooo nice and bright.She would try to do the best to make you feel satisfied and Happy .She makes my son soooo happy

I recently had an issue and apple Canada was giving me the run around, Eric from this store immediately took ownership and help me out right away. Will exclusively do business with this apple store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Apple Store in Greater Montreal. Avoid the one downtown if you can and go to this one. The employees are much nicer and overall they know what they are doing. The design is better in my opinion too. It was quite easy to get an iPhone 13 Pro on launch day there, and one of the employees did their best to find my girlfriend a good phone plan if she didn’t want to pay the full price upfront.
