Il est très difficile d'obtenir la ligne pour parler à quelqu'un en gynécologie. Très souvent, après avoir attendu 30 minutes, la ligne coupe et on doit téléphoner à nouveau. On a alors perdu notre place dans la file d'attente. Les secrétaires manquent d'empathie et de patience au téléphone. Lorsque notre gynécologue est en congé de maternité, il est impossible d'obtenir un rendez-vous avec une autre gynécologue même s'il s'agit d'une urgence.
It is very difficult to get the line to speak to someone in gynecology. Very often, after waiting 30 minutes, the line cuts and you have to call again. We then lost our place in the queue. Secretaries lack empathy and patience on the phone. When our gynecologist is on maternity leave, it is not possible to get an appointment with another gynecologist even if it is an emergency.

J'ai pris rendez-vous avec un spécialiste en audiologie, jusqu'à la ça va, sauf le fait que le spécialiste en question n'a qu'une seule journée de disponible par mois... Donc 1 mois et demi passe et mon jour de rendez-vous est arrivé. J'ai du prendre congé au travail, car les seules heures disponible sont de jours. Quand j'arrive au comptoir d'accueil, qui est assez difficile à trouver à mon avis, on me dit que mon rendez-vous était la veille... Que tous le monde à été avisés par texto et courriel du changement de disponibilité du spécialiste... Le problème c'est qu'ils n'ont pas pris en note correctement mon numéro de téléphone j'ai donc jamais reçu la dite mise à jour et n'ont jamais demandé mon courriel... On m'offre donc un autre rendez-vous, mais ça va à 2 MOIS PLUS TARD...
I made an appointment with an audiology specialist, until it was fine, except the fact that the specialist in question only has one day available per month ... So 1 month and a half goes by and my date has arrived. I had to take time off from work, because the only hours available are days. When I arrive at the reception desk, which is quite difficult to find in my opinion, I am told that my appointment was the day before ... That everyone has been notified by text and email of the change in availability of the specialist ... The problem is that they did not correctly note my phone number so I never received the said update and never asked for my email ... I am offered so another date, but it's going to be 2 MONTHS LATER ...

Très bon service ! Le personnel est adorable et attentionné.Aussi bien le personnel à l’accueil que le personnel soignant sont vraiment à donné un bon service/soin. J’ai été très content elles sont professionnelles, gentille, et aimable on voit qu’elles aiment leur travaille !!!
Very good service! The staff is adorable and attentive. Both the reception staff and the nursing staff really provided good service/care. I was very happy they are professional, kind, and friendly, you can see that they love their work!!!

My gynecologist is there and I never had an issue until today. It was the gynecologist who wanted me to come in for an appointment at 12;45 which 2 days before changed for 12;30 and apparently was again changed for 12;20. I got there for 12;25 and waited over an hour saw people who arrive after me get to see the doctor so I decided to ask the receptionist when I'm going to see the doctor because I have another appointment to get too and they kept "oh there's only 1 person infront of you left" I ended up leaving at 2;15 pm without seeing the doctor because I had to get to my second appointment. Never in my life have I had horrible service like that to be asked to come in for an appointment and wait 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous.

My mother has been waiting for this clinic to fax a chronic pain referral to the pain clinic in Montreal's hospital for OVER a year now. We have called them at least 60 times, we have went to the clinic in person to demand answers as to why the referral was never sent, and the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful. My mother is in serious condition to the point where she had to be rushed to the emergency room, because the incompetence of this clinic and their staff has made her wait over a year (And counting) to see a specialist. Every time I called the clinic to ask if they had faxed the referral yet, the receptionists are extremely rude and annoyed with me, as if my mother's health is not at risk. Shame on this clinic. Absolutely horrible to neglect your patients and their needs like this.
