★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have no comments on the doctors, however the receptionists are not doing their job or very unbelievably poor. I called for a doc appointment, they could not find my file in the system and said several time that I have never visited that doctor in their clinic! Come on, I do not have memory issue and remember very well that i came for doc visit in the past. Couldn't they simply admit their error in their system and treat patients with a better attitude?!?! I do not recommend that clinic... or at your own risk to lose all your medical information within their hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic, this morning without an appointment. Reception gave me an appointment at 2:00 pm on the same day. I went there around 1:50 pm, I didn't wait so long. Around 2:30 I already could see Dr. Dang. She is a very nice doctor who speaks 3 languages French, English and Cantonese.Recommend people come to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and very professional. Went for a blood test. booked easily online. Came in the receptionist was nice and helpful. The nurse was my favorite. Not only was she nice, but also distracted me since I do not like needles. She rocks!!! keep it up guys and girls!

Booked an appointment at 4 pm online, received an appointment the following morning.
The doctor was great also and provided all that was required safely via an e-consultation appointment.
Great service! highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blood test done charge me 45$ with a urine sample went to my dr for the results she said my urine test never made it to the lab at the Charles Lemoyne hospital.i called lasted week to ask them what happened the answering system came on I left a message they never called me back.The service was very good here been coming for yrs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As its impossible to get appointment, in this clinic or any, I did managed to get appointment with Dr.Chow only that she refuses to help me. After explaining my situation, this "doctor" told me to see anther doctor. NO empathy or "oath" she given to help people. Horrible, experience, she should not be doctor in first place...just horrible ...
