She called me a "foreigner" (yes, really...) that they wouldnt treat, as I'm from Ontario and its too complicated for them to "make adjustments". Tax money well spent! Followed by, verbatim, "not my fault you live in 2 places". Thanks...

When finally she picks up the line, I expressed how relieved I am after waiting for so long and after she asks what appointment is it for, the line cuts!!!!!!!!! The reviews are all complaining about your poor Telephone receptionist, so maybe take that HINT and bring improvement to your clinic. This is ridiculous

First time I called I was waiting over 30 minutes for someone to answer me, I eventually got inpatient and hung up and decided to call later. 2 hours later, now I’m being told they don’t take calls for the moment, WHAT IS THAT!!!!!!!! I’ve been calling since Friday with absolutely ZERO answer. The receptionist are absolutely Terrible and COMPLETELY rude, always giving attitude and never answering the phones!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!. The way these people treat pregnant women is disgusting. I’ve been having an awful experience with these receptionist since I’ve been here.

The Doctors in Montreal are surprisingly good for most of the time, but I don't get that why receptionist and nurses are so rude and lazy. After waiting for long time when someone picks up call they don't even bother replying, just puts phone on the side or transfer somewhere without listening. Its like we are not even dealing with human. We have been keep trying but it looks like impossible to book an appointment or even spek to sensible person. May be time to privatize these jobs instead of freaking dancing on the whim of these union workers..

Just had my second one and over the last few months I've had nothing but efficient and friendly service from all staff. I was able to book all my appointments over the phone with ease and the receptionists were always courteous whether on the phone or in person. The team is amazing too! Thank you so much for making both my birth experiences amazing! Huge thanks to Dr Filion and Dr Lamb! Merci! :)
