★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mathew hynes, unpleasant, rude and insulting. We were one of the first to look at one of his rentals. We expressed that we would like to take the place. He told us he would do a credit and background check in a week at 40$ a person. No problem for us. When the date came around to sign papers for the check he never contacted us. So I called to see if everything was moving forward. He returned my phone call by saying yes Alex u called what? When asked what was going on with the apartment,I was told by Mathew hynes " look I'm not here to make friends and people came after you with more money and government jobs". Is this remax policies? Rentals go to whoever has the largest bank account with a government job? I'm no millionaire but the years rental cost consumes roughly 18% of our yearly income so I don't see money being an issue. I don't have a government job but my work has been open since 1955 and I have been there for 13 years and my gf has been at her work for 6. So stability could not be the reason. So why couldn't we even make it to the credit check? Why were we never given a fair shot? And when I told mr hynes I found his policies to be unfair he responded with " that's not my problem" . So safe to say I will think twice about working with remax again if that is there policy but I will definitely NEVER work with Mathew hynes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW....where do i start !? A review is clearly not enough to thank Mattew Hynes . From the time that my wife and I met Matthew we always felt that he was our friend. He was able to really understand what we were looking for in a house and only show us the best possible matches.We are happy to say that we have found our perfect home thanks to Matthew , and he didn't even have to pay us to say this :-) Thanks again Matthew for helping us find a home.

As a first time home buyer he helped us with all of the steps along the way and was always available to take our calls and answer any and every question that we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mathew Hynes works at remax lasalle has a very unprofessional way of doing business he doesn't not ask you any information about yourself, assumes you make low income by the way you look. It is discrimination. He does not answer you when you email text or call, and when he does it's very short answers and very rude. He can at least be nice about giving you a reason why he doesn't want you for a house apartment or condo whatever it may be. I would never buy a home with remax. I would go with duproprio, Sutton or other places who have treated me with respect and have been very nice to me and not rude. I would never recommend remax to anyone. There are ways of treating people with respect and he has no clue how to treat people . Maybe he has a problem with interracial couples, because he judges by appearances and not by facts. If he had done his job like he Wouldnt get bad reviews.I will be posting more about the situation on all social media websites.

It's rare to meet standout talent like Rita. I have been working with her for the past few weeks as I requested her help to both sell my house as well as in my journey to help find me a new home in what will be the beginning of a new chapter in my life. She is a master in her field, and is a true pleasure to work with. Her profound knowledge in real estate is very apparent. I felt that she understood my needs, and offered very valuable input on both sides of the spectrum.
Aside from her sharp expertise, Rita is very responsive (my text messages alone can drive anyone crazy), clear, and honest. Communication was so easy with her, she is very attentive and makes herself available (day and night). Above all this, I think her biggest asset is her sincerity. I could tell she genuinely wanted the best for me and that she looked out for my interests, because not only did she point out the upsides but also made sure to warn me about downsides. For me, this level of transparency is invaluable and really touched me on a personal level.
Rita is nothing short of a gem, a real angel from heaven and I am writing this review because I believe she truly deserves it. She has my HIGHEST recommendations and has established herself through her knowledge, candor and determination. I just love her! If you’re looking to buy or sell (and love a straight shooter) she’s your woman. You will not be disappointed I assure you.”

We’ve recommended him to many people and everyone gave him rave reviews. We trust him immensely and he’s always available with any question we may have. I would highly recommend MATTHEW to help with all your listings for rental or sale. He couldn’t possibly be nicer .
As an owner of investment property it’s quite scary at times to find someone that will not only pay their rent on time but also treat the property with respect. Matthew has been able to find the perfect tenants for us every single time. We can’t say enough about him. 5 stars all the way
