Valerie was very helpful and guided us through the process step-by-step, and offered a lot of valuable insight throughout the home purchase journey - from securing pre-approval till finalizing my notary. She took the time to understand what kind of home we were looking for, along with our preferences & choice. She was absolutely critical in making sure that we found the dream home which we were aspiring for, and when we found one, she prepared us well for the offer stage. There were a lot of offers (even higher than ours), but Valerie used her quality experience as a broker to ensure that ours stood out of the competition. Many thanks to Valerie and we are sure she will be the realtor we will be reaching out to, if we decide to sell it in future.
