If you can manage to get an appointment the service is fine. But that's the biggest problem. I've had my family Doctor there for 2 years. But getting a hold of a receptionist or getting an appointment provided is an uphill battle.

I had the best experience possible! My sister called to get me an appointment mid morning, after being refused by a few other clinics. I had a back back. They gave me a rdv same day at 2:30pm. Seeing my terrible state, barely able to walk-even with assistance, the secretaries didn’t send me through triage. I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr.PhatHo, who provided me with three prescriptions after doing a thorough examination of my back. He booked a follow up rdv himself for me the following week. He said that today was about dealing with the pain, and that next week we would re-evaluate if more extensive testing would be needed. I am more than happy with the competency of the doctor and the secretaries were very understanding of my condition.

The doctors are very professional and nice. I had a bad experience with the receptionist. I felt I was not treated as a human being and she was very condescending and rude. She even tried to push me to Jewish General hospital waiting room as she could not grant me an appointment and telling me, you gotta do what you gotta do. I give zero stars for the administrative team, and five stars to the doctors.

Wow the young receptionist that talk to me over the phone after waiting 30 minutes plus was so rude...she kept interupting me and said what ever i said i will not get an appointment ha ha ha What can you do after....tried to call the director of the clinic all day today.....called 4 times (( was not available...was out the clinic....in a meeting....then she left home at 14:30 ))and never got to talk her.....i guess ill never get a darn appointment with a doctor ha ha ha

This is an extremely helpful clinic with professional attitude. The ONLY thing is that if they send you to clinic at 90 St Jean Babtiste in Chateauguay, REFUSE !! It is the worst possible clinic the doctor was very unprofessional and Zero help. I made a complaint with Le Trait d Union and they gave me another clinic to go see.I highly recommend this clinic.

Receptionist told me that the doctor would not want to call me back since he prescribed me a medicament over a year ago and there was no phone call since, so I still wait to see a doctor to just have a recommendation to be able to access a psychiatrist. Very terrible service from the receptionist. It's not human in my opinion to tell someone that the doctor don't want to call you back when the doctor himself told me to call him whenever I need while I wait to have a family doctor. I'm flabbergasted.

Trying to get a hold of someone at the opening hour is impossible. From 8 to 9 you get a message saying all the lines are busy. I don't know if this message is here just for the heck of it but for 1h you cannot talk to someone this is ridiculous Very frustrating and seems like people are complaining a lot about this and nothing has been done. Do not waste your time calling.

Very very dysfunctional set up. I have sent at least five emails for, (emergency; semi emergency; followup; ) you name it i did it. Called at their requested times, just to get an answering service. This has been since april. For my Mother's medical condition which is worsening. I get finally an answer and unfortunately it was with a very rude reception. She gave me a date for a month fro m now which i thought was her FINALLY appt, only to be told rudely, its the date they call back to give an appt for my mother. They service and staff at reception has to be changed. Change THE RECEPTION ON STAFF. NEED POLITE , WITH A SMILE, TO SERVE SICK PEOPLE DOCTIRS ARE #1
