The location is not downtown. The name might be confusing to most of people. However its reachable with 15-20 minutes from downtown Montreal. The rooms are average at best. But the receptionist Vanessa gave the best service ive ever received in my life! She was super patient and polite. If you have any requests she will make sure you get it ASAP. Overall its a great experience staying in this motel. I would come back if I get thr chance .

Bed bags run away from this place!!!!!!And one star is too much for this place...we went last week with my wife in Montreal but everything was booked so decided to stay at this place. After our dinner we came back to unpack our stuff and my wife she found a bed bug walking on the pillow. We went upstairs to refund and another lady was complaining and screaming for bed bugs. The place was so dirty and full of mosquitoes and spiders everywhere.i don't even know why they don't shut down this place...

Nothing special, just ok, rooms are reasonably clean, located in residential area by the lake. Nice quite area. Ample free parking on premises. Only one problem wifi is sketchy. It doesn't cover the whole motel some rooms have good wifi others donot.

Very dirty, squished bugs on the ceiling, stains on the floor(reception was a disaster). Spiders in the bathroom, shower head lacked pressure (probably just needs to be cleaned properly). Beds were ok... for the same price we decided to go somewhere else, much happier with the other place. The price is good.

Checked in late, around 1:30pm, after calling and being told cut-off for check-in was 2am. Was quoted 70$ over the phone but when I arrived the manager said I had to book a double bed room for 90 plus tax. Somehow apparently the tax made it come out to $105 (I'm not sure how the math works here). Asked for extended checkout, which many places offer, but was denied. I didn't want to complain because I was tired and needed a room. I fell asleep at 2am and then around 3:15 am wokeup to the cacophony of extreme noise and arguments from the group in the room beside me, apparently they were granted an even later check-in. In the morning I found a bug in the bathtub. I took a photo of it and presented it to the manager and also asked for a partial discount based on the above (I asked for 10$) which was refused. I was offered extended checkout at this point but I had already made my plans based on being denied the extended checkout the night before. In summary its not the worst place to stay if there is no where else but the way the customer is treated has much to be desired.

No hot water (shower/sink) in the morning, old and broken furniture (looks like they haven't done maintenance for years), drawer had no handle, very bad smell in the room, towels and bed cover were torn; they don't mention a $10 deposit until you get there and the deposit is cash only so we had to go find an ATM machine to get cash or else we wouldn't get the key to the room. The only positive thing was the vue on the lake.

The double room with two double beds was actually just a smallest room with two beds. The room stinks that even the door was open before we entered, there are a spiders everywhere, dirt, windows are black from dirt, fungus and dead insects, human hair on both beds, no shampoo, only 2 sets of microscopic towels, prehistoric TV, no tea, no kettle, no coffee. The stench is really terrible. The nose was not used to the end of the stay. The man at the reception is not friendly. When we complained about spiders and mosquitoes, he gave us a spray that kills insects. Like: "Help yourself". The air conditioner did not work properly, it was noisy and switched to working with heat from a cold at night. We opened a window, too hot... No one could sleep. The place is not intended for the arrival of people. On check in the receptionist immediately demanded us to pay for the room and did not even give us a chance to take a look at it. When we saw this horror and nightmare, we asked to give us a refund, we wanted to go away immediately. He refused to give us a refund. He said that we have to make a direct request through the site Booking, which means that no one know when we will get our money back and if we will get them or no. We are don't feel good, we are broken with headache, disappointed and tired.

Awful. Stay far away. The office smelled of mould, had cobwebs and discarded boxes everywhere, and two smoke alarms were intermittently beeping like their batteries were running out. We asked to check in and nobody seemed to know anything about us. The receptionist, when asked point blank, said he didn't have our reservation written down or on a computer despite us reserving a room online. On top of that, wouldn't honour the price we got online. So what's the point of making a reservation?! We immediately turned around and decided to stay with our family in town. Being packed eight to a house was preferable to whatever awaited us in that room even if we got past the terrible service.
