A	Arash Zare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services . Very unprofessional. I got appointment for flue vaccine and today I got a call, they don't have the vaccine. They promised me one month in advance and cancelled last minute.

Additionally, my son was not even enrolled with them but when I reached out to them for help in booking his appointment they went out of the way to help me out. Special shout to Julie and Chanelle. I would rate this place as five star due to their committment, empathy and sincerity towards individuals.
D	Debra Beaudet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing clinic with competent, professional and caring nurses and staff. Usually can get same day appointment. Prescriptions and referrals given based on exam. Very thorough annual check up appointment. Highly recommend.

They cancelled the second dosage of the flu vaccin for my baby just one day before the appointment, while we had waited very long time to receive the second dose!! They told me its your responsibility to call and find a place who vaccins!!! While They could have told me before and I had the possibility to do it with his Pedeiatrician, whom is now out of flu vaccin!! They dont even have a system to complain, their websote is down and no one to answer!!! Super irresponsible, I will never put my foot in this clinic!!!

Babies get sick sometimes, they're supposed to see their doctor when they get sick.. These 'doctors' don't see sick patients. Needed info on baby Benadryl because the box says, for kids under 'x age and weight' talk to your doctor.. Nurse says, "read the bottle, that would help wouldn't it?".. No.. obviously it wouldn't, otherwise we wouldn't be asking.. In short, she didn't have the answer and was rude and arrogant about it as well.. Ended up getting the info from a pharmacist instead who was more helpful than the entirety of that clinic. Will not be paying for their 'services' or lack thereof, next year.
E	Eric Guertin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admin staff have checked in before every appointment I have the day before. My appointments for follow-up are scheduled ahead of time without my having to ask. I get my medical paperwork when I ask for it and pretty fast all things considered. Dr. Lee has been an amazing Doctor and I am grateful to have met her. I gave her my medical history and she immediately focused on the next-steps instead of re-evaluating what was already on paper. There is never any second guessing, she listens to me, and I've never felt rushed out of her office.

I had been waiting on my Taxi that wasn't showing up, when the receptionist Chanel, passed me in the lobby. We exchanged a short but fun conversation and then she left, wishing me a happy new year. As I was waiting, a black car I didn't recognize, stopped in front of the automatic doors, and comes in to offer me a ride home. She didn't know me, didn't have any obligation to, but still she offered me a ride home. Chanel- they better give you a raise girl, you're so above and beyond. ❤ ?????
