Je viens d appeler ce matin 30 septembre 2021 a la clinique pour un rendez-vous d URGENCE DE MON ENFANT DE 3 MOIS qui fait 38.6 degré de température rectale depuis la nuit. La secrétaire me répond de rappeler a 13h pour qu' elle puisse être reçue par un médecin demain vendredi 01 octobre 2021. Ma fille est suivie par Dre Genest. Elle a 3 mois, elle fait 38. 6 degré et je dois attendre demain...Dans quel monde, on vit. Je travaille moi-même dans le réseau de la sante et je n ai jamais vu cela de ma vie. Très choquée. Je vais finir par porter plainte a ce service médiocre.
I just called this morning September 30, 2021 at the clinic for an EMERGENCY appointment with MY 3 MONTHS CHILD who has had 38.6 degrees of rectal temperature since the night. The secretary tells me to call back at 1pm so that she can be seen by a doctor tomorrow, Friday October 01, 2021. My daughter is being followed by Dr. Genest. She is 3 months old, she is 38.6 degrees and I have to wait until tomorrow ... What kind of world do we live in? I myself work in the health network and I have never seen this in my life. Very shocked. I will end up complaining about this poor service.

I have left 4 messages asking for someone to call me back for an appointment with the endocrinologist .... NO ONE ever calls back to give me an appointment. Trying to find a new Dr!

Terrible Service after long period waiting to talk to specialist, he send me for some exams also suggest to do in any place available, the fax the prescriptions to Anna Laberge 3 months went by and i haven't received a single call also I cant even leave a message to the secretary there's no answer machine...I suggest to people to send emails

SORRY LONG STATUS : This morning I was having trouble breathing. Every time I took a breathe my chest hurt as if someone was stabbing me. So, james and I jumped out of bed and went to the Desjardins clinic as fast as possible. I know during the week you have to call and make an appointment at 6:00 pm but, I thought on Saturdays it was walk in. At first the secretary wasn't going to take me until I told her I had trouble breathing. I went and sat down with james waited about 15 minutes and they had called my name! I went into the room and the nurse came in asking me my symptoms. I began telling her but I had trouble explaining in french and of course the nurse refused to speak to me in english. She started being very rude to me. I was asking her questions and she was ignoring me. Before she left she said the doctor was going help me. Then I realized, that this woman is pissed off at me because I didn't have an appointment! They made me wait 50 minutes in the room (keep in mind I had trouble breathing) and I can hear the doctor talking to a man who was french. They weren't even talking about his problem! They were talking about his wife and blah blah. I was getting impatient. Finally the doctor comes in listens to my lungs pokes my face a bit, asks if there's pain. I told her I just have have runny nose, sore throat and trouble breathing. She then asks me if I had used pumps before which is a yes, I had them my entire life. She prescribes me Ventolen. What else is new? I ask her if there any medication I can take that can help the other symptoms she said 'no, if you're still sick in 2 weeks come back'. Well, that's very helpful isn't it! I also told her I have a few other problems I was wondering if she could take care of and she quickly said ' no,no,no,no I don't have time for that you have to take an appointment and come back'. I'm like lady are you kidding me? You couldn't even give me some advice? Like, what I should buy at the pharmacy to help the virus? Maybe tell me why my chest is hurting when I breathe? Nope. She told me to put my jacket on because we were done. I seriously can't get over how rude these women were to me. They were only mad because I didn't make an appointment when I had a serious emergency! Thanks Clinique Desjardins yet again for nothing! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Unbelievably unprofessional. Disorganized, wastes time. Had to wait 3 hours for a scheduled appointment for the doctor to not even have the forms that were sent to her 2 weeks ago filled out. Never answers the phone. Sat there waiting for an answer from secretaries and they just wasted time talking about how they can't find the thing to remove staples. If your health is in danger or you need proper assistance definitely do not go here they will make mistakes, not put your health first, make you wait, not respect your time or appointment and treat you with disrespect. I wish I could give 0 stars because they do not deserve to be in charge of people's health.

I went see doctor for my father. He is 67 years old , reason he need a medication for his high peasure. Doctor recommend that please check his pulse regularly I will not provide him a medication today. But the doctor saw him that his pressure 90-160 which is high pressure. He is taking medication last 15 years. And last 5 days his pressure above 195-200. So I went back today and ask the secretary is it possible talk with the doctor about my father for 1-2 minute it's a emergency she said it's not possible without know the problem he is busy First try to listen to me at least yo arrogant women. But I can see clearly he is not busy for 1-2 minute maximum. So finally I explained to the secretary is it possible pass the message to the doctor she said what's message. So I explain to her everything. Most important My father need medication to control his high pressure since he in going over 190. She took the information and she never send the message to the doctor for the prescription. I went back to my work and I called them again to confirm does she did the job told yes told me yes it's done. we wait from the Pharmaprix and they the told never receive any prescription from the clinic. After I finished my work I went back to the clinic and the night time secretary told me that she never send any request to the doctor for the new prescription for your dad. Now the doctor not working tomorrow I have to wait next 2 days for this reason or I have to bring my dad to the emergency. They are just don't care at all it's so disrespectful place ever you can find. Not profession very mood off service never try to help people are need help. I don't why we pay so much tax and get service like that. It's not worthy. I hate this place. If I had a choice to 0 zero star I will put zero.
