★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal service was in a jam needed to get to work they fit me in fixed my tires and got me there on time. No appointment.
Plus they went above and beyond to find parts for an unrelated vehicle while I was having trouble finding them myself. Exceptional staff bilingual and polite. Will be doing all my vehicles here in the future.

Being a first time used-car owner, Steve took the time to provide me guidance in my purchase - following inspection. I came back to Speedy after my purchase to have all the needed repairs done. Again their help, support, great customer service and fantastic work is why I would recommand them 1000%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, very professional team that I fully trust, I am very satisfied with their work. If you want to have peace of mind don't go anywhere other than this place. It doesn't take them many iteration to fix my issues (this time, weird sound coming from the front right wheel). I always wait there to get my car fixed, or get my tires changed, because I like the ambiance and I can watch my car being prepared while I am sitting in a nice confortable guest room. The manager is clearly very experienced. He is also a nice person, he took care of my car as it was his own one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I were driving through Quebec from Nova Scotia, to go to our wedding in Ontario when we started having car issues. We pulled in to Speedy desperate and stressed. Our car had started shaking on the highway and when we pulled over we noticed the metal belt was showing on both front tires. Turns out the car we purchased in Halifax the week prior from a dealer had not had a proper alignment after having suspension work done. Speedy was able to get the alignment done and 3 new tires even though we didn’t have an appointment. On top of making this miracle happen, they were super friendly, empathetic and checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay and brought us cold water for our dog. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. As someone who works in the industry, I have never seen customer service this great. Thank you again to the team at speedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my BMW 320i for lower ball joint noise and they new what the problem is right away. The fix was flawless. I’m impressed with the work quality and best customer service from front desk, owner and mechanics. Also did wheel alignment and windshield wipers again the quality of work was impressive. If I’ve done all this work at the OEM dealer, it would’ve costed me arms and legs but speedy done it with very reasonable price. Thanks again guys. You’ll be on my speed dial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to add new tips to the exhaust system that they did(photos 1,2,3).I needed to change the end tip because it was cut on an angle.Had appointment 8 am left there at 5pm ($143.00 for two pieces of pipe 7” long and 30 minutes of work) on top of that late for work.The car was to be ready in the morning.Went back the next day because the exhaust pipe was coming out on an angle.I wanted the pipes lowered a bit and straight take a look at photos.
You know how they centered the pipe or tried to anyways.The pipe was heated with a torche and moved with a bar.I can’t even put the tip in all the way because the pipe is now deformed.By the way this was done by the Owner.He tell’s me this is the Best he could do.A 10 minute job.Free of Charge.The photos say all the story.
Horrible job.
If you care about your car go elsewhere especially with a $95.00 /hour labour charge..What a BIG JOKE??
