e	eness elnahhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not respecting customer's time, car was all done, no one called to say it's ready, when I came, they let me wait for a longer time thinking they didn't finish thier work, it was not until I went back to the front desk asking what's going on, to discover that they've done everything way before I come, and I was staying all that time for nothing, I was super late in my schedule,and it was a big waste of time.

Appointment booked two weeks before, they refused to install my set of new tires, because of a hidden policy that they don't install new tires bought somewhere else!! They wasted my time and I had to change my plans because I had planned two weeks ahead on having my tires changed on that day. I expected they would either notify me before, or at least show courtesy this time and notify for next time. It's a shame!

After an hour cashier He told me that I had to pay five hundred and seventy dollars for this. When I said this was too much and unfair, they took forty-four dollars from me to check and gave me the car key. Please ask about prices and services before doing anything. When your time is wasted and you see that you have to pay a lot for the inspection, you usually have no choice but to accept the repair shop's offer.

What a scam I’m not going to a mechanic to buy tire I’m going there for his mechanical know how and his time. Also the person on the phone tried to explain themselves by saying “do you go to a mechanics with your own parts” which I then proceeded to say that it happens all the time … I did it for a clutch change and many parts which multiple mechanics told me where to go and try to find the part for cheap. It’s not because you’re doing crooked policy that everyone is.

On our move from Ontario to New Brunswick, we burned out the clutch on our car and they were so professional, so helpful, and so honest about timing, pricing, and the work needing to be done, and overall very compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. They fixed the car in a business day and a half and included a free shop rental car for us (over a weekend!), and kept an eye on our trailer beside their shop. A car problem is the last thing that you want while moving, and they (Gabriel was our contact) really came through for us. Highly recommend their services and, if we find ourselves back in Montreal, would definitely return for service!
