J'ai dû en faire, faire un nouveau lors de la vente du condo en Mai 2018. En date du mois de février 2019, toujours pas reçu mon nouveau certificat de localisation. Très décevant. I bought a new property in 2011, the certificate of location made by Rivard was not in conformity. I had to make it, make a new one when selling the condo in May 2018. As of February 2019, still not received my new certificate of location. Very disappointing.

The secretary was very kind and reassuring in her approach. The delivery deadline for the certificate was met according to the agreement. In short, we are very satisfied. A big thank you !
