★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dommage de devoir mettre 1*.... Il n'y a pas de note plus basse. Le personnel nous ignorent completement. Apres 15 minutes d'attente pour m'acheter 1 article sans prescription j'ai rebroussé chemin. Si au moin 1 des employés avait daigné me regarder ou me saluer j'aurai peut etre patienté ou compris helas ce ne fut pas le cas.... Plus jamais Jean Coutu.
Too bad having to put 1 * .... There is no lower note. The staff ignore us completely. After 15 minutes of waiting to buy 1 item without a prescription I turned back. If at least 1 of the employees had deigned to look at me or greet me I may have been patient or understood alas it was not the case .... Never again Jean Coutu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres bon service, j'ai jamais attendu plus de 5 min pour avoir mes prescription. Et meme que defois a l'instant même, c'est plate que c'est pas ouvert le dimanche, car comme aujourdhui je dois aller a celui d'anjou et la oui c'est long longtemps.
Very good service, I have never waited more than 5 min to have my prescription. And even as defied at the same time, it's flat that it's not open on Sunday, because as today I have to go to that of anjou and yes it's a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a controlled prescription missing 5-6 pills the first prescription I had ordered from here…off to a bad start. Will be making a complaint with health Canada due to staff not being able to count or stealing medication to resell.,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got tired out the poor attitude I get from the pharmacy. I figured it was an employee with one bad day, but I have received on several different occasions the same treatment. I heard similar stories from people from community, so I assume I'm not the only one. The service was great here a few years back, but it has gone down-hill since then. I switched to Pharmaprix which was a complete contrast compared to this Jean Coutu. Staff was friendly and courteous towards any unique situation I had.
