La dame à la caisse qui est là depuis quelques années cheveux mi courts blonds est vraiment sympathique, toujours de bonne humeur , pas UNE fois je l'ai vu impatiente , stressée ou ayant moins bonne mine. Nous sommes tous humains, nous avons tous nos vies et il y a cette dame , toujours souriante et courtoise. Vous savez assurément de qui je parle, il y en a pas deux ?. Je ne connais pas son nom malheureusement. ..? Je suis déménagée mais continue d'aller à votre succursale pour cette raison. Une stabilité dans le personnel a assurément plus d'un bon côté pour l'entreprise ! ?
The lady at the cash desk who has been there for a few years with medium blonde hair is really nice, always in a good mood, not ONCE I've seen her impatient, stressed or looking less good. We are all human, we all have our lives and there is this lady, always smiling and courteous. You definitely know who I'm talking about, there aren't two ?. I don't know his name unfortunately. ..? I have moved but continue to go to your branch for this reason. Stability in the workforce certainly has more than one good side for the company! ?

J'ai mis mon nom sur la liste afin d'avoir un kit de testes Covid-19 donner par le gouvernement et j'ai été supposer d'être appeler pour aller chercher le kit. J'ai appeler a 3 reprises pour voir si qu'est-ce que se passe avec le kit, les employées me disait qu'ils ne sont pas capables de voir si on est arrivé a moi ou voir tout simplement qu'est-ce que se passe( j'ai le droit d'avoir un test , il interruption des stocks, etc). Je laisse un message au gestionnaire et je parle finalement a la pharmacienne c'est présenté comme propriétaire; Elle m'informe que vu que j'ai eu un kit ailleurs je ne peux pas avoir un autre, chose que je ne savait pas et que je trouve tout a fait normal, vu le manque de kits. Je lui demande pourquoi il a fallu appeler 4 fois pour avoir cette réponse ; elle continue me parler de deux kits et donne la faute sur le Covid. Je lui fait la remarque qu'un tel service a la clientèle invite les clients aller ailleurs...en riant elle me dit que c'est correct et que ça ne la dérange pas .....! Avec une telle réponse et attitude de la part de la propriétaire je ne suis pas surpris de l'attitude des employées; un service a la clientèle exécrable instiguer par la propriétaire...ma conjointe a eu le même type service pour des demandes en personne au comptoir de la pharmacie!
I put my name on the list in order to have a Covid-19 test kit given by the government and I was supposed to be called to get the kit. I called 3 times to see if what happened with the kit, the employees told me that they are not able to see if it happened to me or simply see what it is that is going on (I have the right to have a test there, out of stock, etc). I leave a message for the manager and I finally talk to the pharmacist who is introduced as the owner; She informs me that since I had a kit elsewhere I cannot have another, something that I did not know and that I find quite normal, given the lack of kits. I ask him why he had to call 4 times to get this answer; she continues to tell me about two kits and blames the Covid. I pointed out to her that such customer service invites customers to go elsewhere ... laughing she tells me it's okay and she doesn't mind .....! With such a response and attitude from the owner, I am not surprised at the attitude of the employees; terrible customer service instigated by the owner ... my wife had the same type of service for requests in person at the pharmacy counter!

I called today to have my medication delivered at 11:30. Called back at 4:10 was told it left the store and I would have it tonight. It's now 9:50 and yet to receive my medication. It's only seizure and heart medication that I don't have tonight. Very poor service. Not pleased with them at all. And don't have medication for the morning either now I will have to go to the drug store at 10 am to get my medication. Of I could I would not even give a one star for service. To be added Sunday May 23.,2020 called the pharmacy at 10:30 the pharmacies was extremely rude, was told they didn't know what happened and that I have to remain at home and wait to it's delivered arrived. They are blaming the delivery guy of Saturday. Only missed my seizure medication on Saturday and Sunday morning as i had to wait. What terrible service they have. They must not care about there customers and there health. Could of have a seizure or heart attack. And end up in the hospital.

Had really great service while shopping here, with multiple employees (including a manager and a pharmacist) proactively offering to help me find what I was looking for. They even referred me to another store for a particular item they don't carry. Very happy with my first experience here.

I normally have a pleasant experience at the pharmacy but that was not the case today. Today, one of the pharmacist Geneviève (I think, part owner) was very rude & dismissed me. (A mistake on her behalf, I might add) She then went on to be rude to her assistant. It made me feel really confortable. This is not the first time, this has happened. When we come to talk to a pharmacist, we need to feel confortable to feel so. If this continues, I will take my business elsewhere, since it feels like we are disturbing her

They erased all my prescriptions from my account when I still had 2 refills left. Personally I believe they need to brush up there maths because they have hard time calculating number of doses required considering the numbers of days multiply number of times to be taken in a day. Sometimes I feel like I'm hitting my head in a wall

Going there for years for my chronic condition and they've been always adorable: Listenning, assisting, suggesting, prescribing, calling when something is wrong and always smiling... When sometimes I am having a bad day, they always make me feel better. What can I say? I love them.
