My son had an emergency, we were seen within ten minutes stitched up and out of the clinic within 20 minutes.. Everytime I go there the service is fast and the doctors are good.

I came here and waited 4 hours for a 5 minute procedure... There was only one doctor active and it was a Saturday. Terrible system. The place is nice and clean and modern but a better system would have to be established.

Dr. Primeau is ok. He's not rude, he's not too friendly either but that's ok. Even though there were many patients coming in and out of his door, i never once heard the water run...ever. I can only assume this means he is not washing his hands in between seeing patients.

I go to the bathroom and they happened to call my name. After speaking with the doctor to let him know I was in the bathroom for literally two minutes, he was rude and refused to see me also put my file last, in the end I was late for work. Terrible clinic & im only rating 5 stars for this to be seen

The clinic is fine no issues there. However I needed to have x-rays done, I called to verify their hours, which on the day I went were until 9 pm. I arrive at 5:30 to learn they are closed until 6:30. No mention of this on their site, answering machine or when I called and spoke to the receptionist.

Terrible receptionist ; the kind that doesn't even bother answering her phone. The proof is that you simply have to press that lovely option #2 and she will place herself on 'not ready' quite fast ..sometimes you hear the 'ring' do it's full ringing...and the time after it barely has the time to do it's 'Rrrrrin' before she cuts it off...... Honestly lady. It's part of your job description. Place me on hold, that's normal and expected. But not "hanging up" on people.

2 years ago I went through emergency room to ask for a renew my birth control pills prescription because I was about to run out. Dr Pierre Boisvert called me in and as soon as I asked for what I needed he went off all offended saying that he’s not a gynaecologist and saying that he doesn’t do anything “physical”. Obviously I was only asking for a simple note for the pharmacist so I can continue taking them.. NOT TO CHECK ME?? I’ve told myself that I hope I never ever see this narcissistic doctor again however I didn’t remember his name. TODAY, I went in the emergency room for chest pain that lasted over 24 hours so I thought maybe I should check in on that so unfortunately that same doctor called my name. He started off speaking French to me so I politely asked him to please speak English. Then he got all frustrated and waving his hands around, asking why I don’t speak French, that I should learn to speak French because this is Quebec and how he knows how to speak 4 languages such as Latin?!! After when I took an X-ray on my lungs to check on them, he only found an inflammation on my rib cage so he’s like “Well I’m very disappointed that you only came here for a little chest problem when I have other patients in line.” WHAT THE HELL?? HOW IS HE A DOCTOR?? Shame on him!! He is very unprofessional and he doesn’t even explain anything that has to do with my health but bully me because I’m a anglophone!! The owner of the clinic or whoever is in charge of Dr Pierre Boisvert, should look into his awful service and his knowledge! As a human being, you should have the right to speak whatever language you feel comfortable speaking!! Especially when it comes to health! The worst doctor I have ever visited. If you’re going to come to this clinic, ask for any doctor but this one. Especially for Anglophones out there. At least now I know his name. I’m disgusted.

I waited 7 and a half hours to see the doctor just for him to tell me he cannot help me! He was so rude and unwilling to explain things to me. Then for whatever reason he felt the need to mention that it was his clinic. I did not get the name of the doctor but he is the perfect example of why doctors should get some type of logistics or management training. There is already a lack of doctors and medical staff. We already know there are long waiting lines. THEREFORE, the least this doctor can do is run his clinic effectively. Previous to going in, I called the clinic numerous times and no one answered. If he had trained the receptionist to ask clients what they are coming in for and this receptionist had knowledge about the services the doctor can offer, I would have saved a full day. Furthermore, if someone had answered the phone and let me know they could not help me, again I wouldn't have wasted my time. Their excuse for having neither service is because they have too many patients. TERRIBLE CLINIC
