★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told by family to call at 7:15 for emergency. From 7:10-7:21 i called with constant filled voicemail and no indication of being open. To see if this time was wrong i check their website where it clearly states to call for day-of emergency at 7:30.
I await until then to be finally answered and told no 7:15, calls were being answered. I ask if there was no indication to hold or that they were taking emergency. Receptionist didnt know. Terrible service. Offered me maybe another appointment in a week. No thanks ill drive to ontario and get service by noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to get my son an appointment for past month but no one pick up phone? Ended up going to a paid walk-in clinic even when we have a FAMILY DOCTOR. The doctors themselves are excellent but I do not know what is up with this reception explains the bad reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. The secretaries are disrespectful and refuse to communicate vital information to the doctors. Dr.Lavoie is always too busy and takes months to look over simple blood test results even though received after a week. Don’t go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what to do at this point no one picks up calls and when they do they are extremely rude. The doctors are all exceptional but the receptionists are so horrible, sad to say I’ll be applying to change my family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone call Appointment at 5:30 for a child who is in need! 7:40 and still no call! Been calling the clinic since 7:00 and no answer! I understand that this is a hard time for the medical system however my child's well-being is at risk!
